The location may not be ideal, but the property offers a comfortable stay for the price paid. The food quality in the restaurant is reasonable, and the pool area is satisfactory. Reception and restaurant staff are friendly and accommodating. However, there appears to be a noticeable absence of senior management within the resort. This has resulted in certain basic requests requiring multiple follow-ups, as we often found ourselves guiding staff on necessary actions. While this does not reflect negatively on the operational staff, it highlights a lack of effective leadership within the property. Younger team members would significantly benefit from structured guidance and comprehensive training to enhance their skills and service delivery. Additionally, there is a lack of attentive housekeeping, particularly in the corridors outside the rooms. During our four-day stay, the carpet was consistently dirty, with meal trays left out for extended periods and bits of litter remaining on the floor. This oversight further underscores the need for stronger management oversight and attention to detail in maintaining the property’s standards.

Not a good one!!

I didn't not like the rooms and balcony. The rooms are very small with respect to the price. The buffet was good but food menu didn't had any options. One of the staff in the restaurant(tall one) behaved very rudely. The house keeping staff is great. The fridge is not clean. This is not a 3 star place just around 2 star hotel.

This was my repeat stay here. A great place as always well maintained, amazing front office team under the leadership of Ms. Pooja Bulsari who stands as a pillar / icon of hotel knowing all the hotel guests, is there always to assist guests and her team, good quality food however buffet breakfast can be looked in to as more Indian variety however this can be ignored seeing the clientele preferences. A special thanks to Mr. Satish Nandolkar (Reservations) who has a great team with very prompt instant responses.

Very good all management staff also very delicious food quality with superb taste. Service also very better. Special Thanks For Alisha Pradnya and Manish 🙏you aal are doing wonderful job Excellent hotel with very good maintenance. Highly cooperative staff. Super clean rooms.
