We would greatly appreciate it if you could share more details regarding the incident, such as the approximate time it occurred and how the rude attitude was expressed — whether through tone of voice, manner, or communication — so we can investigate this matter thoroughly and address it appropriately with our team. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the swimming pool renovation during your stay. We kindly ask for your understanding, as this maintenance work is part of our ongoing efforts to maintain the pool’s quality and provide better experiences for all guests in the future. Regarding the recreational activities, we have checked with our Recreation Team and all sports activities, including volleyball, were scheduled to operate as usual during this period.
