We are delighted to know that you enjoyed our convenient location, the beautiful beachfront setting, our breakfast, the cleanliness of your room, the complimentary welcome fruit, and the convenience of our currency exchange service. Your kind comments are greatly appreciated and will be shared with our team. We also sincerely appreciate your constructive feedback, as it helps us continue improving our guest experience. Regarding the beach, we are pleased that you enjoyed its beautiful setting. We would, however, like to clarify that all beaches in Da Nang are public beaches managed by the local authorities, and therefore no beachfront property has a private beach. The cleaning of the public beach is the responsibility of the local municipal team. In addition, our resort conducts daily cleaning of the beachfront directly in front of the property to help maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for our guests. We are sorry that during your visit you encountered debris on the beach, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We also apologize for the humidity in your room and for the noise you experienced from the corridor. We regret that we were not made aware of these concerns during your stay, as our team would have been pleased to inspect the air-conditioning system, offer a room change if available, or take immediate steps to minimize the disturbance and make your stay more comfortable. Regarding your arrival, we certainly understand how tiring it can be after a long flight. As check-in time is from 3:00 PM and room readiness depends on occupancy from the previous night, we were pleased to prepare your room and welcome you at approximately 1:30 PM. We hope this demonstrated our team's efforts to accommodate your early arrival whenever possible. For guests with early morning flights who wish to have a room guaranteed upon arrival, we recommend contacting the hotel in advance to arrange an early check-in, which is subject to an additional charge and availability.
