Recently, I stayed at Novotel Danang Premier Han River with my friend, and overall it was a very pleasant and satisfying experience. The hotel is comfortable, well-maintained, and has a great atmosphere that made our stay truly enjoyable. I would like to give special thanks to Khoa, who provided outstanding support during our stay. He went above and beyond to help me recover a phone that I had accidentally left in a Grab car. His kindness, patience, and professionalism really impressed us and made a stressful situation much easier. ✨ 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

Amazing hotel. There is nothing negative to tell about this hotel. The receptionist,the staff, everybody is fantastic. Breakfast is wonderful. Specially thanks to miss VY. She always looked after every body. Thank you very much miss V Y.

I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Phat, FBS Waiter for his excellent customer services rendered to us especially when I told him that I am a vegetarian and he patiently show me the menu for vegetarian food. In addition, he also shows his concern and care when I told him that I don't take garlic and onions and he even change another plate for me with only chilies as seasoning for dining when I ordered a vegetarian Vietnamese food. Mr.Phat is a great asset to Novotel Danang Han River and he deserved a great commendation for the job well done!

We had such a lovely stay in this hotel. The team were warm and welcoming. We were fortunate to be checked in by Nami in the premier lounge where we were invited to enjoy afternoon tea during the check in process. Nami was very warm and genuine, it was a pleasure to meet her. All the rest of the team were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well positioned. We enjoyed the peaceful lounge for drinks and breakfast.
