We are delighted to know that you had a comfortable and satisfying stay, and that our facilities, friendly service, welcome fruit, and restaurant recommendation all contributed positively to your experience. Your kind words are a great encouragement to our team. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced with some of the room lights and the slow sink drain. We are sorry that these matters were not brought to our attention during your stay, as we would have been more than happy to take immediate action to resolve them. We will also remind our team to provide a more thorough explanation of the room facilities during the room introduction, ensuring that our guests feel fully comfortable with everything in the room. Regarding the air conditioning in the lobby and bar areas, please accept our apologies for the lack of information. Kindly be informed that after 8PM, the air conditioning is switched off to allow guests to enjoy the natural sea breeze and the open-air atmosphere of our beachfront setting. We are delighted to know that you enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort throughout the resort, our warm and friendly team, the variety of Vietnamese dishes at breakfast, and our beachfront location. It is especially wonderful to hear that the pool and its fluffy towels added to your relaxing experience and that you had such a memorable family stay. We also truly appreciate your positive comments about our sustainability initiative. For our guests’ convenience, we have placed an in-room card allowing them to choose whether they would like their towels and/or bed linen to be replaced during their stay. This gives each guest the flexibility to participate in our environmental efforts according to their own preference.
