ホテルの佇まい、雰囲気、キレイなビーチ全てが良かった。特にロビーからビーチの景観が素晴らしい。 他にもスタッフ一人一人の対応、優秀さも素晴らしかった。プライオリティチェックインのマネージャーをはじめ予約の方々の情報提供の仕方、フォローの仕方も素晴らしい。一方でレストランでもバウチャーの使用とアコーメンバーの割引を何も言わなくてもしっかり対応してくれていてスタッフの有能さを感じることができた。他にはプールサイドや他の場所ですれ違うたびに気持ちの良い挨拶をしてくれたことも良いトレーニングが施されているとともにスタッフ一人一人の高いホスピタリティを感じた。

ダナンの定宿でいつも気持ちよく滞在できるホテル。これからの季節はプールあり海ありで最高。ダナンのどこに行くにも便利な立地でいう事なし。お勧めです。

全体的には大満足でした。強いてダメなところをあげると､シャワー室の仕切りが完全ではなく、水が洗面台の方まで流れ出るのを気にしながら使った事。因みにトイレの仕切りも完全な物ではなかったので、日本人の私達はちょっと気になった。
