This was our first time in Danang. On first arriving we were blown away by the elegance of the hotel. The day we arrived we were met by two young men named Kelvin and Tommy They were amazing and so helpful throughout our week stay at the hotel. Check in was flawless and we were very lucky we did not have to wait long for our room as check in is at 2pm. We booked a deluxe room over looking the pool. The room was spaciest, clean and everything we wanted for our week at the Pullman. All the staff were fantastic they could not do any more than they did for us. They all took the time to stop and talk to us. It’s a real compliment to management. Look after your staff as they are so good. Breakfast was wonderful a good range of food. We had dinner one night for the BBQ that to was lovely. Now to the pool OMG that pool is just the most amazing thing large and right on the beach. We would be down there at 5:30am every morning for a swim before the crowds and heat. Later in the day we would go to the beach for a swim. Would we return to the Pullman Danang hell yes. Even though it is a 5-10 minute drive from the heart of all the Restaurants and action we loved it. Now I do want to name a few people whose names I got I wish I had gotten all their names but please don’t feel left out we thank you very much for making our stay memorable. Peter and Linda These are the names I got First of all the gorgeous Kelvin who in the end called us mum and dad. Thank you so much Kelvin my boy and the other young man was Tommy. Reception - My Infinity bar - Nhung and danh Pool staff were wonderful The staff that cleaned our room thank you so much Linh and T Thuy Ninh and Hau Honi and Van Tiyuy and Lai See you all again soon

Very good experience to stay in Pullman Resort. Probably will come back again😊

Good job..satisfied customer here. all the staff are kind ❤️❤️❤️ Tram, the therapist is so good. My, the reception Spa is very enthusiastic in serving her customers. The Nang is a very nice spa. Rooms are clean which make me more comfortable The hotel room is beautiful

The property is located at one of the best location just next to sea. It's so serene and calm that you would fall in love. The staff and their hospitality was the best you can get. The food was excellent and the rooms neatly maintained. The rooms had best view of the property.

This place is outstanding.the cleanliness, the staff is always there to help and guide you. Especially, there is kids club very nice ,many toys but small place,my daughter played there and liked ms thuy and thao. She came kids club everyday. She made bracelets making,lantern making...kids club staff kindness and exception service truly enhanced my stay. Thank you so much we will come back next year

Thanks hotel for upgrading my room so that my family can enjoy more. Yoga class in Pullman is so great, after the class I felt really exciting and peaceful. My kids had happy time in Kids Club. All staves in Pullman are polite, friendly and kind.
