ダナンでの定宿で何回も泊まっていますが、常に気持ちの良いサービスを提供してくれるホテル。ボーイさんも到着から丁寧に案内をしてくれて、ホテルから出る時も同じ。スパでのマッサージも最高。気の利いたスタッフが最初から最後まで気持ちの良いおもてなしをしてくれる。

We are truly delighted to know that you consistently enjoy our clean and comfortable facilities, courteous service, and attentive hospitality from arrival to departure. Your kind words about our bell team and spa massages are especially appreciated. Regarding your comment about hot water availability in the morning, please allow us to clarify that the hotel uses an electric hot water system, not a solar-only system. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. The issue you encountered has been reported to our Engineering team, and a plan for more regular inspections and preventive maintenance has been implemented to avoid similar situations in the future. We fully understand the importance of having hot water available 24 hours a day, particularly for guests who wish to enjoy early-morning showers after beach activities. Thank you as well for recognizing Tommy's service. Your compliment will be shared with him, and we are confident it will greatly encourage him to continue delivering excellent service. With regard to ALL member recognition, we would like to kindly share that for guests who have just registered as ALL members, member benefits may not yet be immediately applicable.
