大変良いホテルでした。ただ、事前に静かな部屋をリクエストしていましたが、隣の部屋が夜中まで騒いており、非常に残念でした。

As part of our commitment to sustainability and environmental protection, we have implemented an eco-friendly linen program where bed sheets are changed every 3 days for consecutive stays. This helps us reduce water and energy consumption while maintaining environmental responsibility. However, please be assured that housekeeping will always change bed sheets earlier upon guest request at any time. Your comfort and preference remain our top priority. We also regret that your breakfast seating experience did not meet expectations, especially given the availability of more comfortable seating options.
