Dear Mr. Hayato M., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay at Pullman Danang Beach Resort. We are delighted to know you enjoyed our beachfront location. Thank you as well for your suggestion regarding the toilet water pressure. As part of our commitment to environmental sustainability and our Green Key initiatives, the water pressure in our guest rooms is set at an optimized level to help conserve water. However, we understand that every guest has different preferences, and our team is always happy to adjust the water pressure in individual rooms upon request whenever possible. We regret that we were not aware of your preference during your stay. We also noticed your breakfast rating and would sincerely appreciate any additional feedback you could share. If there was anything we could improve—whether it was the variety, quality, selection, or service—we would be grateful to hear your thoughts. It is especially rewarding to hear that you would choose to stay with us again on your next visit to Da Nang. Regarding your comment about the bed linens, we would like to clarify that, as part of our sustainability program, bed sheets are not changed daily unless requested by our guests or when a change is required based on our housekeeping standards. This initiative helps us reduce water and energy consumption while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
