５つ星ホテルとは思えないスタッフの態度でした。 フロントスタッフはチェックイン・チェックアウトの際に、サービスの基本である挨拶すらなく、「ありがとうございます」の一言もありませんでした。 朝食のクオリティもせいぜい2〜3つ星レベル。 残念ですが、二度と利用することはありません。

ダナン滞在中のホテルのなかで朝食ビュッフェが素晴らしく短時間ではありましたが満足感をえました。料理の種類　質感　味　共に素晴らしく会場内の装飾も洗練され感じが良かったです。
