Thanks to Uyen, Nguyen, Reservations Team who provided me very good room with nice view, upgraded with access to privilege lounge at 21 floor, assisted me by replaying to all my query, helped me to have ticket for Sun World Ba Na Hills, I was pleasantly surprised to see that I was picked up from the airport by one of the best car, driver was very friendly, thanks to Spa Therapist Ms Trang(15th July,8.20 pm) and very special mention of Kiev Lien who , with her pleasing personality, warn smile made a big difference to my breakfast and evenings at Lounge, she care for every guest.

I always book this hotel for my bussines in Da Nang as the services here. Front Office staffs are friendly and help me alot when needed the assistances. Strongly recommend. Vietnamese food in La rive gauche restaurant is very good 👍👍👍👍👍👍

The hotel is located in green island, very nice and convenient. All staff at the hotel so frinedly and enthusiasm. We will back to Grand Mercure Danang in the future. This is a nice memory for me in Da Nang and Vietnam also. So lovely and memorable trip for me.

시설도 훌륭하고 화장실도 깨끗했으며 수영장시설도 좋고 서비스도 좋은편 첫 베트남 여행이라 긴장되었는데 머큐어 호텔에서 기억남는 일들이 생겼네요 매우 추천드립니다 The facilities were great, the toilets were clean The pool facilities are good and the service is good I was nervous because it was my first trip to Vietnam Something I remember at the Mercure Hotel I highly recommend it

My recent stay was marred by a disappointing experience with the front office staff during check-in. Despite requesting a room with a view on high floor (included in paid fare), I was initially assigned one without. It took several rounds of calls and almost 2h to resolve the issue. The quality and attitude of the staff need serious improvement to align with Accor's standards. Please remind Ms. Trang at the front office to address customers respectfully. Additionally, the front office manager should focus on proactively resolving customer issues rather than asking for the customer's understanding. This experience makes me question the value of paying for a membership and booking with Accor to enjoy the perks, only to end up frustrated with none provided by this place.
