いつも利用させていただいていて全体的にはとても素晴らしいと思っていますが、今回気になったところだけをお伝えします。 ・28階の宿泊でしたが、29階ラウンジの椅子やテーブルが床を引きずるような音が部屋まで響いてきてうるさかったです。 ・シャワー室の排水が悪く、床にお湯が溜まったままで気持ち悪かったです ・お湯が出るまでにかなり時間がかかる時がありました

いろいろな面で気に入っています。以前はチェックインにかなり時間がかかりましたが今回は改善されていました。不満な点は電気のコンセントが少ない。

ホテルへの到着時に、 目の前にクルージングの 船着場があることを知りました。予定になかったのですが、ハン川のクルージングに参加することを決めました。29階のラウンジの方に話すと、その件は、一階のコンシェルジュに話してほしいといわれました。早速、コンシェルジュの方に話すと、電話で船の空席を確認し、暑い中、チケットを買いに行ってくださいました。そして、クルージングの船に乗る場所まで、一緒にいってくださいました。ホテル前の道にバイクや車がたくさん通るので、なかなか道を渡るタイミングがむずかしいのですが、コンシェルジュの方にエスコートしていただき、大変に、助かりました。ありがとうございました。 ホテル内は、快適でした。
