ラウンジ使用プランを利用しました。ラウンジと同じフロアであり、アクセスがとてもしやすかった。ジム、プールも利用しました。とても快適に過ごすことができました。 周囲は静かなのでとてものんびり過ごせました。

チェックイン時にレイトチェックアウトの承諾があったのに、最終日1時過ぎに部屋に帰るとすでに鍵が使えなくなっていた。再度受付まで戻り鍵を有効かしてもらったが、せっかくの滞在が残念な経験になってしまった。レイトチェックアウトを受け付けたかどうかメンバーアプリに表示するか証明書を出すよう改善してほしい。
