We just had a business meeting here for three days, and all I can say is PERFECT! Especially the banquet team (Dat, Tim, Bao, Phu, Hoa). They were very helpful. I do not regret choosing Novotel Han River as our meeting venue. Keep up the good work!1

Stayed 5 nites at Novotel from Dec 1-6 at the 2 bedroom apartment. This is our 1st stay at Novotel in Danang & it provides one of the best ever services that we ever experienced in our holidays. Hotel is centrally located & it’s within walking distance to 2 Michelin Star restaurants Madame Lân & Luk Lak. During my stay my wife requires medication assistance & Thao the Duty was very helpful & went out of her way to provide her help & assistance to us. I am very grateful & really appreciate her great help. Everything we experience at Novotel was awesome & all the staffs are very friendly & always service with a smile & make us feel at home. Thank you so much Thao & Novotel for providing such a beautiful experience & we will surely return to Novotel if we ever visit Danang again.

Had a business event here. Very good services, supportive event sale team (Tram + Ngoc), Dat, Hoa, Tin and banquet team , technical supports and other staff are also professional and nice. The venue and tea break price are also competitive in the region.
