チェックイン時にレイトチェックアウトの承諾があったのに、最終日1時過ぎに部屋に帰るとすでに鍵が使えなくなっていた。再度受付まで戻り鍵を有効かしてもらったが、せっかくの滞在が残念な経験になってしまった。レイトチェックアウトを受け付けたかどうかメンバーアプリに表示するか証明書を出すよう改善してほしい。

とても快適に滞在できました。 １つ言いたいのはロビーの外に掲げられている各国の国旗の中で日本の国旗は中の赤丸が大きすぎて正しい国旗ではありません。 日本人としてそこがすごく気になりました。
