If you wish to have lip smacking food and experience excellent hospitality, one must definitely visit Mercure Hotel in Hyderabad - Banjara Hills. I have stayed here for nearly two months and the people here truely value the guests. Kudos to Will, Afreen, Niharika, Thank you so much for your outstanding, heart-warming service. The food is delicious, the buffet and the Thali is awesome. The staff is very helpful and proactive to address any issues. As a single lady staying in a different city, this hotel made me feel safe. Mercure surely was my home away from home. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent customer service. The team was extremely helpful and courteous, especially Manisha. Would recommend staying here. Well located as well with more places being close by. Breakfast buffet options were also really good. Worth a visit.
