I had a delightful stay at Novotel Convention Hyderabad. The pillows and bedding were exceptionally comfortable, and the air conditioning was just right. I would like to extend my gratitude to Front Office Manager Pallavi Sharma for the warm welcome and special care during check-in. The towels provided were plush and cozy, and the washrooms were impeccably clean. We also requested a third bed for our guest, which was of great size and comfort. The coffee machine in the room was a wonderful touch, adding energy to our mornings Overall, a fantastic experience!

The man making bangles in the lobby was amazing and made some beautiful traditional bangles for my daughter. All the staff at the hotel are very kind and helpful. Good food and service and a really lovely swimming pool. Has been a pleasure staying.

I had a great time at the hotel, the thing I liked most was the food at Permit to Grill. I didn't know what to order so I asked the Cheff Naveen, he explained to me very well the menu and the ingredients in every dish, then I ordered a burger based on his recommendation, it was the tastiest burger I ever had it was juicy, well seasoned the chicken was tender and fresh, the bread was light and pillowy, everything was top-notch. Yashi and Novi were the waitresses when I went there, I was watching them moving from a table to table taking orders, they were very nice and polite and serving everyone with a very beautiful smile. Definitely if I stayed more or had the chance to come to Hyderabadd, I will choose Novotel because of the restaurant.

Wonderful chef, amazing rooms and beautiful pool side, good to visit and stay, makes good sense being close to all imp .

Amazing hospitality and wonderful staff, they are extremely good for family stay as well. Keep up the good work. My kids loved the stay as well as the food, the chefs made sure to provide veg food and even Jain food without even requesting. They were flawless
