Samarpan is a very good staff at work. He is such a friendly, helpful, kind and very attentive at work. He cleans up the dirty plates on the table without being ask. He performs very well and deserve to be credited. Well done Samarpan. Breakfast was delicious as well. Good job to the chef. Thank you.

Ajay and Rakesh are courteous and willing to get us the right choices from the menu the way we would like to have it. In winter a hot tea with crossiant and idli with ginger chutney was my favorite. Quinoa salad with fresh mango pieces... something new I tried too my combo

The professionalism of the HICC operations and events team stood out. On-ground support from registration flow to session transitions was handled with precision, contributing to a polished delegate experience.
