Hotel stay was comfortable and good experience from the moment I checked in until departure. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained, providing a very relaxing atmosphere after a long day. The bed was comfortable, and all the amenities were thoughtfully arranged, which made the stay even more pleasant. The overall ambience of the hotel was calm and professional, reflecting the quality standards Novotel is known for. The staffs are very kind especially Bhanita, who stood out with her warm hospitality, helpful attitude, and constant smile. She ensured everything was taken care of and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Her support truly enhanced our stay and left a lasting impression. The service throughout the hotel was prompt and courteous. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, good service, and a memorable experience, and I would happily choose Novotel again in the future.
