We received such a lovely welcome here. Check in process was quick and stress free. Our rooms were ready on arrival and everything was clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location walking distance into town and to the beach and blowhole. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere and the portion sizes were very generous in the case of the chicken Parma rather too generous. We really enjoyed the breakfast it was very well presented and there was plenty of choice. This was our first visit to this area and we very much enjoyed our stay here.

From check-in to check-out our overnight stay was comfortable and relaxing. Helpful, friendly staff and the attention to detail in building maintenance and care of the grounds all contributed to all round excellence. Location is next to Black Beach and a stroll away from Kiama’s main street of shops and cafes. Two lifts (1 next to reception, 1 in the car park) allows easy access.

Home away from home. Love coming down to Kiama. Love Wollongong, but there is just something so magical. Studio style apartment. Everything functional, clean n clean. Love the biscuits with the tea n coffee, keep that idea going. Only gripe for us, was getting in and out of the bath. But guys, your staff are all amazing. 5th or 6th time. We will be back-thank you.

The Sebel not surprisingly was a good place to stay. The location was amazing and the room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was also very pleasing with good range and constant fresh replenishment. High-tech rooms with wireless charging on each bedside lamp which these days is a nice touch. On the downside, the bathroom sink had very little room and we had to use the ironing board for improvised vanity space. Check-in was a little disappointing as well - whilst we were an hour early and did not expect an early check-in (although we commonly get one offered in many places), the promised call to advise us when the room was ready never came and we had to return after check-in time time to settle in.

Very nice hotel in great location, also nice bar and restaurant with great views. The room and parking was also great. However the front rooms are above the reception and hear the VERY LOUD front door automatically opening EVERY time it opens. Members of a separate gym in the basement start entering the hotel from 5 am! The clunking of the gym equipment can also be heard in your room! Generally the staff were very sympathetic but didn’t know about the door noise until I pointed it out. Stay away from the front rooms.
