Don't stay at the Sebel over Xmas 24. Major renovations going on and no swimming pool access.

I understand how the timing of this news has impacted your holiday plans, and I apologize for the disruption this has caused. As soon as we were aware of the necessary pool closure, our team took immediate action to notify guests well in advance, and we updated all our websites with information on the scheduled works to provide full transparency. I apologize that we couldn’t offer a discount in this instance, as the booking was made through an online travel agent, which limited our ability to adjust the rate. I sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you encountered during your stay. I understand how the nearby construction affected your relaxation, and while it's beyond our control, I completely agree that it can be disruptive. We will certainly inform future guests of this when possible to help manage expectations. I’m also sorry to hear about the issues with the outdoor chair and room keys.
