Your comments are very concerning, and I apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you encountered during your stay. The long wait at check-in, the lack of Accor benefits, and the poor condition of the hotel are unacceptable. We are also very sorry to hear about the issues with the shower and the response from our concierge staff.
