The mattress had problem already report it when we checked out, the breakfast buffet the Quilty no the best, the temperature of the food and bacon too gross and dry , other than that we enjoyed stay there

Great Hotel, but not over Christmas/New Year

We have stayed here a number of times and love the hotel. Accordingly, we booked a break away between Christmas and New Year. As Accor Platinum members we get access to the Executive Lounge, which has always been a feature of this hotel. However, we were disappointed on a couple of levels. 1. The Executive Lounge was over-crowded and the hotel actually limited individual access to a 1 hour session. The food was disappointing too. 2. The Breakfast restaurant was massively overcrowded! I suspect the marketing department may have oversold rooms that included breakfast, so EVERYONE was there. It was a shambles, complete shambles. We won't be returning at that time of year again and suggest you don't either.

- Centrally located, close to Queens' Street Mall, Wharf, Parklands, City Hall etc. - Professaional Service, from reception, concierge, to restaurant, lounge and house-keeping, all good service provide. - Spacious Room, clean and roomy to stay in, very comfortable. Although needs some touch-up renovation, great stay overall.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. The reception staff were very attentive and helpful. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The club lounge was a great experience and a bottle of wine for our welcome gift was appreciated. Breakfast was really nice with a large variety of food. Would stay here again next time in Brisbane.
