Hotel, as always a nice place to stay. Staff friendly & helpful, again as always! I continue to be disappointed with high end hotels reducing costs at guests expense. I note a significant increase in price to my last overnight stay. Not even a bed turn down with replacement water being provided. Better than Sofitel Melbourne, no water at all! For the times they are a changing!

We stayed one night for a family trip and loved the service, room and location of the hotel. We also got upgraded to the next available room category as a gold member thanks to the reception team. Professionalism, helpful and friendliness from the Sofitel Central Brisbane team were what I experienced. Room facility is great, Nespresso machine is definitely what we loved the most during the stay. Room service team was very responsible with our request for additional blanket for little ones. Bed and pillows are so comfy that we gained great sleep quality and ready for our next day’s adventure. Finally had some drinks at lobby bar after dinner and loved the red wine. We will return next time for sure! Thank you Team at Sofitel Brisbane Central.

What a beautiful hotel, lots of class everywhere. The rooms are magnificent, the food is gorgeous, breakfast and in room dining, the staff is very friendly, everything being organised with a lot of taste. From now on I won’t go anywhere else when traveling to Adelaide. The only thing they could add is a couple of bottles of water (Evian would be appropriate…) in the room.

From the moment we checked in to our check out everything was perfect. Mew was lovely at the front desk & provided our preferred room. The room attendant looked after us, ensuring we had our preferred coffee capsules. Towels were large & fluffy. Didn't want to leave the bed & pillows - so cosy. The pool was heated this time! The Cuvée bar was the only bar open after 10pm on a Sat night! We know this as we walked the CBD with a friend, only to return. The bar staff were lovely & went out of their way to find me an Aust chardonnay! They also made the best coffee. Selection of meals consistently great. We travel a lot. This is my favourite Aust hotel & so easy to travel to & get around Brisbane from here. We will be back.
