Amazing Pullman Grand Quay

My family and I stayed 4 nights at Pullman Grand Quay. We were in the 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the garden. It was the best hotel we stayed in during the 2 week trip. The apartment was very spacious and very clean. Garden view is nothing special but we did get to see the Sydney Opera House from the balcony. Location is unbeatable for tourists who want to be in the thick of the action. The lift goes directly to the 1st floor which opens up to the promenade and wharfs. Step through the glass doors and immediately soak up the bustle and vibes of Sydney. Sydney Opera House is a 7 min walk away. The trams and monorail both stop a short walk away. Breakfast is ala carte style, not buffet, not unlimited. It is definitely quality over quantity. We tried most of the items on the menu during our stay and all were good. The pizzeria attached to the hotel has very nice food, definitely recommend it. We will stay in Pullman again if we visit Sydney again!

Nous avons été surclassés dans un chambre Deluxe lors de notre séjour. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien rénovées pour la catégorie Deluxe. Toutefois le service est très largement perfectible et ne correspond pas à un cinq étoiles. Le jour de notre départ, j'ai essayé de commander en chambre un petit-déjeuner à 6h45, c'est-à-dire 15 minutes avant l'ouverture du restaurant. Après une relance téléphonique à 7 heures, il nous été livré un petit déjeuner à emporter qui ne correspondait pas du tout à notre demande. Le 31 décembre à midi le restaurant était fermé pour préparer le service du soir. Le room service n'est pas disponible 24 h / 24. Bref, hôtel à éviter excepté pour l'emplacement.

passei uns dias nos hotel enquanto me mudava para Sydney. Me senti em casa, fui muito bem atendido, um café da manhã bem bom, e a localização ajuda muito, tanto se você precisar trabalhar quanto passear. Recomendo

otimo atendimento, localização perfeita. É Possivel explorar bastante a cidade andando. o quarto tem qualidade e a limpeza é nota 10. Recomendo a hospedágem no hotel. O valor do estacionamento não é dos melhores
