Clothing Taken During Cleaning

The accommodation and the staff were nice whilst I stayed, but some of my clothes were taken from my room (probably during cleaning) and the Sebel staff have never made any visible effort to resolve the issue. I spoke to reception twice whilst there, then called them over several days once back home, then emailed after when not hearing back over the phone (after being told I would) - still nothing back. Personal belongings shouldn’t go missing from a private hotel room and I’d expect this to be treated as more of an issue.

Poor value for money.

Firstly I don’t write bad reviews but I felt this was necessary to maybe help someone with their decision. We attended a wedding in Noosa and decided to pay a bit more for location and a “nice property”. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. Yes the pros to the property are the location ..brilliant. However our room “a river view 2br apartment”, booked as we had our teenage daughter with us and thought it best to have a specific space for her. The room could not be further away from Hastings St. There is no view as the balcony has shutters so it is a limited view. The rooms lacked natural light and ventilation. It smelt like damp mould the whole time we were there. I did speak to reception about the smell and the cleanliness and the reception staff member was a bit dismissive and said it was all the rain..we had friends staying in a Hastings st facing room and they didn’t have that. The ensuite shutters were covered with grime and dust. We opened doors to balcony to get and get some fresh air but the traffic noise was too loud. We did get offered to move but two nights later and tbh we didn’t want to pack op all our food and clothes to go to something else that was the same just no smell. Such a disappointment. Some of the other reception staff were lovely.

Great location BUT NO WIFI

Lovely pool and apartment type block buildings in central noosa close to beach and amenities HOWEVER NO WIFI except in reception which shut its doors at 7pm. Reception tended to be crowded with guests trying to get online. Major problem for us

Good location badly kept resort

Started with lifts not working to reception. Not sure how a disabled person or family with a pram could access the facility. Then we got to our room. The room was just old and unkept. For instance the toilet seat was broken, the bathroom door had clearly been in a flood and was falling g apart. The kitchen utensils were old , glass wear chipped. Our room was full of mozzies until we fumigated it and then kept all wi does shut. There are no fly screens. Finally the wifi didn’t work at all. When we called they said they would get back to me that something had blown up. They did not get back to me. So all in all great location and very poorly kept resort.

Noisy Disaster

We came here to relax for a mini break. All we heard the whole time was screaming kids. Couldn’t even get into pool as mums and bubs took over. Why can’t they use the kids pool. Someone needs to police this so we kid free couples can have some down time. Kids screaming first thing in morning, we will definitely never ever come back. This ruined our whole stay. If you mention to reception they just don’t give a toss.
