So looking forward to our stay at Bunker Bay however was disappointed because on arrival at our room the TV'S were not working. Apparently a cable fault was to blame however there was no effort to relocate us to another room so the attitude was to just suck it up which is not great customer service. Our package included two complimentary drinks and a meal at the restaurant. The menu we were offered was tailored for Luxury Escapes people and additional costs applied for some items. The wine we were offered was not on the beverage list and once again it was for Luxury Escapes people.

Very relaxing stay. Quiet room with comfortable bed. Lovely big bath. Little garden out back of room to sit and read and listen to birds. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Very good service. Easy driving to close by wineries and breweries for lunch

Always great regardless of the season

We have stayed at the Pullman Bunker Bay Resort on several occasions and experienced all seasons. This time we enjoyed an upgrade that was above and beyond, just wonderful. Many of the staff recognise us now and we are welcomed back and treated as if we were special. The resort engenders a relaxed, comfortable and friendly atmosphere, nearly everyone smiles and appears to be enjoying the surroundings. The bar and restaurant areas are superbly situated and at this time of the year, whales can be seen from the veranda and from the dining room as they surface and some breach in the bay. The beach is splendid and provides the opportunity to take a relaxed walk and enjoy the clear air and water. I use the gym and we both use the Vie Spa, nice facilities to have on site. Special thanks to Davide, who welcomed us like old friends, Rosario who has been there for a number of our stays now, Juan who was there at our last visit. New to us were Johnny, Jope and Uxia, all of whom provided excellent friendly service and to Joji who put up with my humour and responded appropriately. Sam always recognises us and warmly welcomes us back. Probably missed someone out, sorry.

We had a fantastic stay at the Pullman. Despite being at full capacity the service and tranquility of the resort could not be faulted. A highlight was certainly seeing pods of dolphins, a seal and whales all from the beach. Thanks to all the team for an excellent stay

Wonderful experience with great staff. Great location, walking distance to beach. Great buffet breakfast. Rooms packed full of amenities. A special thanks to Sasha and the other staff running the morning breakfast, they were all extremely pleasant and welcoming.
