Had a lovely stay, villa was clean and comfortable. Best buffet breakfast I’ve had in a long time, so much choice and stations were continually filled. Staff super friendly and helpful. Can’t fault anything, it’s our 3rd time there and didn’t disappoint.

Although the resort is lovely it had a huge drawback for our stay. Our garden room had an infestation of small black worms. There were dozens of them crawling across the floor and walls, and I spent my time picking them up in paper and flushing them down the toilet. We did not think this presented as a 5 star resort. I told one of the reception staff and all they did was shrug their shoulders, as though there was nothing they could do! We saw no warning anywhere in the complex about these small black worms, but it certainly took the relaxation away from our stay. I cannot recommend the property to anyone for this alone.

We enjoyed a lovely relaxed stay in a Lake View Studio. The Studio had everything we needed and more and was located near the private access to Bunker Bay Beach which was an additional luxury! As were the pool and spa facilities . The breakfast and meals were great and the staff in all areas were friendly , helpful and efficient. We only wish we could have stayed longer and hope to return to the Pullmans Resort at Bunker Bay very soon.

We stayed here over Easter last year and liked it so much, that we had to come back again. Staff were friendly and professional. We were upgraded to the only 3-bedroom villa in the complex. The villa is showing its age though in terms of fixtures, fittings, and general wear and tear. Nevertheless, beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well-appointed. Breakfast at the Other Side of the Moon was good as usual. However, when it came to our dinner on Good Friday, we found that the portion sizes had somewhat diminished compared to the previous year. We dined multiple times at the restaurant last year but, after our most recent dinner here, our group decided to seek our meals, apart from breakfast, elsewhere for the remainder of our stay. That all said, we enjoyed our overall stay :).

There was an overwhelming smell of bleach in the bathroom
