A little disappointed for this first stay

As usual I had expressed my wish for a room at highest floor and as quiet as possible. I was given one at 2d floor. First night it was very warm since there is no AC and since there's hardly any night in July, it's impossible to let windows and curtains widely opened. First morning waked up at 8.30 by ladies who cleaned the room beside and spoke loud in corridor...2d evening neighbours at the upper floor made a lot of noise as if they were moving the furniture. Second morning waked up at 7.30 by noise of works in building ( hammer...)...unacceptable. So I never had the hours of sleep I need. Another problem : electrical light of corridor goes through the frame of door... Last thing : the tv program is miserable, no foreign channels...how is it possible, when a large part of your guests are foreigners ?? Only positive point : reception staff is friendly. I can't say the same for breakfast staff and cleaning service staff who never say good morning when they cross you... So this stay was disappointing.

Hotel under renovation

Hotel was basic, quite pricy comparing to other hotels. Portion of the hotel was under renovation so it was quite dusty

Here are two areas where the hotel could improve: I reached out to the hotel through their email (via the Accor website) for advice on transportation to the airport for an early morning flight. Unfortunately, I never received a response. (not in my Spam folder either). As an Accor Plus Gold Member, I am entitled to at least a 10% discount on the published rate. However, I found a rate on a popular non-Accors booking website that was at least 5% lower than my member discount. I have never booked through this non-Accors website before, so the lower rate was not due to any accumulated points or previous bookings. Because of this I decided to book elsewhere.

When it comes to pricing, we do cooperate with different sources, and we are not in charge of the pricing on either of them. The pricing between sites can wary due to supply and demand, different seasons or the sites different deals.
