酒店位置很隐秘,游泳池是亮点,很豪华,房间设施一流,扣掉的一分是清洁,椅子,沙发的垫子套子都好脏,有痕迹,楼顶的地上死蟑螂,蜘蛛,沙滩椅都太脏了,看了就不想用了,bbq设施。

Excellent but tired Resort

Sea Temple is in a fabulous position 3 mins walk from Four Mile Beach. The pool is amazing but very cold water as unheated. All the staff were great and there is an excellent breakfast. You need a car if you wish to go to the shops and restaurants in Macrossan Street. Sea Temple charges five star rates but frankly the rooms are tired and our one bedroom apartment needed a refurb and updated furniture/appliances. The dryer was faulty. Overall a vg experience but the five star rating is not warranted.

Great Family Hotel

Recently stayed for my 40th birthday, 2 bedroom swim-out room. Great room, fairly clean. We had an unfortunate night with some drunk guests next door, but the hotel staff managed it quickly and effectively. The pool is amazing, and our child had a great time waking up each morning and jumping in the pool. Due to Covid-19 the food was a little limited with strange availability times imposed. There was no mango or strawberries available at the bar for mocktails. And i was unable to get into the Spa, as they are only operating a few days a week (but this was not mentioned) in saying all of that, the staff were great and very helpful.

Family holiday

We saved for months to be able to afford this holiday and booked 3 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment with plunge pool to spend our daughters birthday here and was disappointed in the accomodation, it did not meet our expectations. The first room had mould on blinds and in shower and behind bathroom door. Around every crevice around the doors there is a build up of dust and accumulated fluff. The aircon gave off a mouldy smell throughout the whole apartment. Spoke to reception and staff where very apologetic and changed our room and gave a complimentary cheese platter for the inconvenience which was a nice gesture. The second room was not much better. Same mouldy smell coming from aircon which set my allergies off. Considering this is a 5 star resort the apartments don’t meet the standards u would expect. Very outdated and in need of renovations and aircon ducts cleaned and sanitised. The plus side though is the customer service from all staff is excellent and the resort lagoon is lovely and the grounds well maintained, our private plunge pool was also lovely it’s just the apartments definitely need a makeover to meet the standards one would expect from a 5 star resort.

We stayed without 1 year old daughter for 4 nights in this beautiful hotel and we absolutely loved it! The rooms are beautiful we had a pool access room which we couldn’t fault. Thanks to all the lovely staff for making our stay so special, they even gave our daughter a little toy turtle on our arrival which was just lovely.

Could not recommend this place more such a wonderful and relaxing stay. Only small let down was the restaurant, service was great but the food (both breakfast and dinner) wasn't worth the price tag. I'd definitely suggest hitting up some local places in town for food.

We went on our first family holiday . Twin boys (1.5 yrs). We stayed in a room that had direct access to the pool and it was perfect! The staff are amazingly friendly and so accommodating with the family. We will be staying here again, thank you!

We decided to use our Accor points to stay in Port Douglas. From the time we arrived until we left the staff provided excellent service and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The rooms are very spacious and ideal for families and if you need to prepare lunch or any meals you have everything you need.

The room was comfortable and the staff were professional. Sadly the website did not detail the restaurant being closed due to staffing issues related to covid-19. As this was part of the decision to stay at Pullman, we cancelled future bookings, until we can confirm the restaurant is open on a regular basis. Cafe Ziva in Port Douglas run an excellent breakfast, which a five-star hotel such as the Pullman could perhaps model their service from.

Paraadise in Port Douglas

This is the second time we have stayed at this resort and like it so much we will be back again in the future. Both times we have had a second level room but we will try a pool access room next time. The pool is amazing and as we were there during the recent hot spell, we spent a lot of time in it. The staff were very helpful and eager to please. Our BBQ was not working and we reported it and was fixed the same day. We found the rest menu was very limited for choices and the breakfast was very expensive. In saying that the staff were very hospitable and eager to help. The magpie geese were noisy at times but did not annoy us as were far enough away from them. At the same time they were quite entertaining to watch. The ambience and total aspect of the property amazing. On the way back to Cairns we stopped at Sea Temple Palm Cove and did not rate it as good as Port Douglas and would probably stay elsewhere in Palm Cove.

Disappointing stay

We were very excited for our stay in Port Douglas, but unfortunately it wasn't as great as we had hoped. I have actually never given a poor review before but feel like this hotel could be really great with some easy and small improvements. Both of our bedrooms were very dirty upon check in. There was hair in all of the drawers and we did not want to unpack our clothes. There was also hair in both of the showers on the ground and rust on the towel. The lamps were covered in dust and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time, it was caked on. The chairs on our porch were dirty and had holes in them so we were not too excited to sit outside. When we got to the pool each day there were unfortunately not enough chairs to sit on so we sat on the stools at the bar. We watched many people come and go with frustrating looks on their faces.The pool bar did not open until 12:00 and people were lining up waiting for food and drinks and when it opened it had only one staff member working. The employees at the front desk were always very friendly and kind and the lobby of the hotel is very pretty. We travel quite often and really the most important thing to me is the upkeep and cleanliness of the room so that is what disappointed us most. This place would be fantastic with a few small fixes.

The property is lush, tropical and well maintained, if you are wanting a tropical relaxed holiday then this is a nice location. Service – On check in the reception team were rushed, didn’t explain much about the property except where the villa was. We found the reception service hit and miss. Having had a couple issues with the villa, Front gate broken, and consistent Internet connection issues, sometimes the requests were handled immediately and on a certain day it took 7 calls to reception to get the internet looked at (over a 5-hour period). Generally, wouldn’t be an issue, except though phone reception was already bad and intermittent. Restaurant staff were awesome and the service top notch. Cleanliness – Overall the property is amazing. Though on arrival to our Villa, we had to wash all the crockery and glass wear as it was put away dirty from previous guests. The Villas are well appointed. Loyalty – From a Loyalty recognition perspective, definitely the worst experience I have had in 2019 at any Accor hotel as a platinum member, there is no recognition from this hotel or thank you for the loyalty to the brand, definitely not the experience I have had from the Pullman brand when staying. I had to even ask if I was entitled to my platinum benefits one morning at breakfast as was going to be charged, thankfully the restaurant staff had the foresight to go to reception and get it acknowledged on my account for the stay. Recognition of loyalty goes a long way, even a simple “Thank you for your loyalty” on check in (which seems standard at all Accor hotels, except here), goes a long way.

I am a local who has stayed at this property 15+ times and this visit was the worst experience. A lot of the staff did not speak English well and were rude on numerous occasions. On one occasion two girls behind the bar by the pool started talking in their language so I couldn’t understand what they where saying and basically got into trouble for ordering a cocktail because they were too busy at happy hour. The room smelt of mould and was full of mosquitos. On trying to call for assistance the reception never answered the phone. Dinner at Aluco was mediocre, and for the prices they charge unexpected and disappointing. After waiting 30 minutes to be asked what I wanted for desert or if I wanted the bill we gave up and got up and had to find someone so we could pay the bill. So very disappointed to see they charge so much for the rooms and have such under qualified staff that dampened a very special weekend for us. Thank goodness for the lovely pool or we would have left early!

Port Douglas Sea Temple is a great hotel, and especially if you have kids as they will enjoy the very large pool they have. Staff at the hotel are wonderful and very helpful with everything, Will defiantly be coming back.

Concierge staff were friendly and very helpful. Bar staff inexperienced. Buffet breakfast average; flies on uncovered food; perhaps covers or Shoo Aways would assist. Pod coffee terrible and some signage missing. Restaurant food overpriced and average quality. Rooms are looking tired and need a refresh, especially the entry doors, tv remote barely worked. Screens would be great on sliding doors and the ability to lock from the outside when using the pool. Overall experience underwhelming. Saving grace was the pool, though umbrellas for sunlounges near the restaurant would be good.

The resort is great. Has a number of families staying at the resort. Michael at the front desk was extremely helpful and friends. Some areas of improvement required at the restaurant. I was advised as an Accor Plus I would get 50% of the bill, but when the bill came it was only 25% (which is the correct amount when looking up the Accor Plus website for Solo dining). Another issue was the poor food safety standards at the pool bar. Ordered a pina colada drink and notice on the second one they didn't rinse out the blender before or after making the cocktails. After having two of these this resulted in stomach craps and a night in the bathroom. Not really the way I'd had planned to spend the one night there. The local shuttle bus is a hoot at night watching those had a few wines at dinner trying to get in and out.

Had a great stay at Sea Temple, went with family of 5 in a 3 bedroom villa which was very spacious and comfortable. Had everything we needed, only downside was pool at villa needed solar heating at least as was very cold. Loved walking and riding bike on the beach which was directly behind villas. Pool at resort was massive and breakfast was good, only downside was lack of cutlery on tables as a little short staffed. Overall would highly recommend resort.

Our experience at Sea Temple was great compared to a couple of years ago. They’ve really improved the service and staff are really attentive and friendly. Facilities are great. Will definitely stay they again next time!

Elegant Villa at the fringe of the resort

The Pullman villas are very roomy, the down stairs where you walk in contains a good sixed kitchen with fridge, hob, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and opens up to a large living room. Outside is a plunge pool and bbq area. Stairs lead to the second floor which contain all the bedrooms. A very large master with hot tub and ensuite and 2 good sized other bedrooms. If this was situated near the heart of port douglas or had direct access to the beach it would be perfect. As its not we felt a bit detached and insulated, like we were just living in a serviced apartment for a week. The inner area of pullman (where the apartments lead to the pools is probably a better option. This area that had main pool access was very pretty and peaceful. Breakfast was included and we did enjoy it. Gym was reasonable ablit small and busy - but good machines and water provided.

We went for a family vacation and stayed for a week. The hotel is located on the southern edge of Port Douglas, and it is a short drive into the main shopping street. The staff were always friendly and helpful. One night we ordered room service and it was good quality. But breakfast is horrible, with poor quality produce e.g. fruit that was old. Don't bother with the breakfast package, just get in your car and drive into Port Douglas and eat some of the amazing breakfasts at a local cafe.
