All perfectly fine but nothing exceptional.. good service at breakfast and also at dinner in fact the meal we had was very good and a lovely big pool, the rooms are not especially exciting. Could do with an airer to try and fry swimming things as nowhere to put them

Pullman port Douglas is far from port Douglas. About a 10 +++ minute car drive. So if you don’t want to spend $60 to and from a nice dinner, do not stay here. The service here is below average. It is not a beach front property. Accor plus doesn’t exist here. So if you’re a silver member, don’t even bother.

While Pullman Port Douglas is a short drive from the heart of Port Douglas, we understand that some guests prefer to be closer to the town center. We always strive to provide a relaxing and tranquil retreat in a natural setting, and we hope that the peaceful surroundings, pools, and other resort amenities were able to make up for the distance to the main area. We also regret that the service you received during your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the beach we have 2 access points. one in between the Villas and the other close to the reception. We are also sorry to hear about your experience with Accor Plus benefits. Swim Inの2ベッドルームの部屋に家族4人(大人2人、小学生2人）で3泊しました。 フロント、レストランのスタッフは皆親切でフレンドリー。とても良い滞在ができました。 部屋には、立派なキッチン、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、コーヒーサーバー、トースター、電気ポット、食器類、調理器具、食洗器、洗濯機・乾燥機　なんでも揃っています（箸、炊飯器はなし）。 部屋で調理できる、洗濯できるのは子連れには大変ありがたかったです。 Wi-Fiもホテル全体で問題なく使え、部屋のテレビ(リビングと寝室1つに設置されていました)では、NetflixやYouTubeなど見られ、インターネット環境も問題なかったです。 部屋から直接プールに入れるのは子供も大喜びで、のんびり休憩しながら何度も入りました。 ベランダも広く、水の音を聞きながらベランダで読書するだけでもとてもリラックスできました。 プールバーの音楽がうるさいとの口コミがあったので心配してたのですが、改善されたのか、プールにいれば聞こえますが、ベランダでかすかに聞こえる、部屋に入れば全然聞こえない程度でした。 ルームサービスは部屋に貼ってあったQRコードを読み込むとスマホやタブレットから注文でき、英語が苦手な我が家でもストレスなく注文できました。 徒歩圏内にレストランやショップは無いので、ポートダグラスを周遊しているSRというトランスファーバスを利用しました。ホテルには専用の呼出電話が設置されているので問題ないのですが、帰りは自分で電話して迎えに来てもらいます。最初は緊張しましたが、自分がいる場所さえ言ば問題なく迎えに来てもらえました。 ホテルでのんびり過ごすことができて、最高の休暇になりました。

Incredibile hotel di lusso immerso in un parco lussureggiante ... piscina da sogno. Camere ampie, anzi ampissime, super confortevoli e dotate di ogni comfort. Bar e ristorante sulla piscina dove sorseggiare e gustare ottimi drink e cibi buonissimi. Buona la sala fitness anche se un po piccola.

Questo non è un vero resort, ma un immobile d'appartamenti attorno ad una piscina (stupenda, bisogna ammettere). L'ubicazione è ridicola, a delle miglia lontano da tutto. Un solo ristorante, quindi siete con le spalle al muro.
