Second visit turned out to be just as good as the first. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and welcoming and the room was just what we needed for our overnight stay. Massy suits us really well with places to eat and drink and a youthful atmosphere. This is now our first choice when visiting Paris as the combination of excellent value for money and easy access via RER to Paris make it ideal.

Not one day, the room was cleaned or were the dustbins emptied. When checking, no notice was given about this. No new towels for the whole week. The beds linen were never changed. Not a single explanation was given at the reception. Even at check out, nothing was asked like if everything was well during the stay

We travelled as group of families. Unfortunately, 2 persons entered the dining area - which is the same reception area!!!!! and stole my wife bag including Passport & Money while she was get breakfast!!. The Hotel Staff was so kind not to ask anyone what to do here!!! and after review the camera , the mention thief was so obvious they are so wired. Hopefully you take care of your stuff and kids. not safe at ALL.

A nice Hotel in a very nice new area from Massy. Train is close by, and the rooms are nice and clean. The Hotel employees are very friendly. Breakfast is basic but enough to start the day. I would come again.

The Aparthotel is strategically located near the station, shops, restaurants. It is modern, safe, fantastic personnel, very clean, has parking (at charge), walking distance to cinema and office quarters. Highly recommended for long stay. If you are a tourist, central Paris is 25 minutes by RER (local train) Trains available till 23+/-.
