welcomed as soon as we walked in. friendly efficient receptionist. room fresh and clean, well done housekeeping staff. bar and restaurant staff friendly and efficient as usual. plenty of breakfast choice, tables quickly cleared even though it was busy. a great start to a break for us, that is why we have returned so many times!

Een leuke overnachtingsplaats met mooie kamer en eetmogelijkheden

De kamer was proper en de nodige functionaliteit voorzien. Op onze vraag naar douchezeep omdat het reservoir leeg was werd onmiddellijk geanticipeerd. Nadat wij terug in de kamer waren was er een nieuw reservoir geleverd. Met het warme weer was het aangenaam om gebruik te maken van de airco die niet te luid was maar toch functioneel werkte. Als je wilde kon je de venster ook open zetten. Het toilet was gescheiden van de badkamer wat wij een pluspunt vinden. Vriendelijk onthaal maar ook in het restaurant. Wij mochten buiten op het terras eten (diner) en nadat het kouder werd toch ons dessert binnen nuttigen. De kaart is niet te groot maar het eten was toch lekker en smaakvol. Geen gedoe om in de omgeving nog zoeken naar een restaurant. Het hotel is geschikt om een korte stop in te lassen vooraleer verder te reizen. Het ligt in de buurt van een autosnelweg maar wij ondervonden geen storend geluid van de weg. Het ontbijtbuffet was rijkelijk en smaakvol voorzien. Je verlaat deze plek niet met honger! Een aanrader wie in de buurt van Roeselare passeert en wilt overnachten.

In the region twice a year and always at the Mercure Roeselare. The position is ideal for my business engagements. Room is confortable and including all possible services and there is an excellent restaurant. Parking places are available (woulrd be good if there would be some e-charger with different types of loadigs. I cannot charge my hybrid car). Close to the motorway. Very easy check in and out.

Chambre triste, impersonnelle et très chaude. Ce 26 juin il faisait 28 deg dehors Et au moins 26 degrés dans la chambre.. Malgré mes demandes la réception n’a pas réussi ou n’a pas voulu régler le thermostat plus frais ! ( réglage centralisé) De plus si vous souhaitez faire la grasse matinée oubliez cet hotel ou vous serez réveillé par la chasse d’eau de vos voisins du dessus Franchement cet hôtel n’est pas digne d’un Mercure, je ne reviendrai pas

Excellent location, just off motorway Good parking Check in, superb, very fast Restaurant good, had Dover sole, they even took off the bone, very tasty Waitress, Romanian lady, very friendly and attentive, great service Now the small issues Order meal via scan, crap, no description to meals Extremely limited menu in certain areas Pay your bill before you actually see it?? I think mine was a little wrong but didn’t raise it but guts honestly pay before you see it? When you get out off elevators, darkness, hard to find your room Otherwise perfect, I’d stay here again and again but please listen to simple fixes
