Did not ask if I smoke and assigned a smoking floor which I needed to change after complaining. Before arrival already asked not to reserve the room at the end of the floor, still, arranged the room at the end of the corner. What is the purposes for asking my preferences?

I ordered a room fare including lounge access at the reception, however no personnel reminded me there is no food in the lounge during the evening. In the next day the lounge opens at 14:30 but also no food but only some cola and water. If the reception personnel would inform how the lounge (could it even be called "lounge"?!) works, nobody would book this kind of room right? When i ask for refund/cancelling the extra charge for the lounge when checking-out (didn't consume anything there), the hotel personnel, especially Mr. He, showed rude attitude and insisted the only compensation could be a discount for next stay in this hotel. Are you kidding me? Shishi is not a city which you will repeatedly visit. When I asked for a complaint claim, Mr. He arrogantly told me to complain in internet and claimed that he was in charge of the hotel, and Accor HQ China/global has no right to intervene his decision. The hotel located in nowhere, nothing for dinning/drinking/shopping in the nearby. 我直接在酒店前台预定了包含酒廊使用价格的房间。但是预定时酒店前台工作人员没人提醒当天酒廊晚上没有可以吃的东西,第二天酒廊也要等到下午2点半才开,而且两点半以后也只有可乐和水。这种情况下如果有提醒谁会订带酒廊费的房间? 退房时我要求把酒廊使用费去掉(没有使用任何东西),但是工作人员尤其是一位姓何的同事非常粗鲁地拒绝。他提出的唯一补偿是下次再住该酒店时打折。请问这是在耍客人吗?谁知道下次再去石狮是什么时候?当我提出要投诉时,何还非常傲慢地说要投诉只能自己去网上投诉,而且他是主管,雅高中国总部无权干涉酒店运营。 酒店本身地处偏远,周围没有任何可以吃饭逛的地方。

The best thing about this hotel is the location; and it is relatively new in decoration. However the staff need to be properly trained if this hotel should be qualify as a Pullman. I booked non smoking room, but when i checked in there was ash tray and matches in the room, and the carpet smelling of cigarettes? The staff dont speak much english at all, it was hard to communicate. The TV only has 1 english channel - no CNN or BCC or anything in English except 1 channel. Thats ridiculous. They claim to have a lounge but its never open. They have a lot to improve about this hotel

Was surprised at the size of the hotel, and also very happy to see it is up to usual Pullman standard, Check in and out was super efficient. Lounge was very nice and the staff there very hospitable, the Breakfast buffet was plentiful and nice to see dinner buffet including the house wines. Very enjoyable experience and looking forward to going back.

It is our first time coming to Jinjiang and Shishi. Our relatives were a little bit old so we never asked them to pick us up at the airport and to tour us around. My first intention was to take a local Taxi going to the hotel from the airport. However, the Hotel Concierge, Mr. Roy Zhang told us to take the hotel car to and from the hotel and airport. I was happy that i listened to him because i later found out that public transportation in Jinjiang and shishi is challenging. It is hard to look for a taxi. Unlike in Shanghai and Shenzhen, they dont have subway/metro. I think Pullman Shishi Mattison is the best Choice of hotel in Shishi since i never saw other international brand hotel in the area. It compose of 2 building however only 1 building is with hotel rooms and this building also houses the Mattison Apartment( I think this is a serviced apartment). The hotel room is huge, clean and beautifully designed. The bathroom has a separate shower and bathtub. Between the bathtub and the bed is a glass where you can see both sides, but they have electric powered curtain in case you want privacy. There is a Western Style restaurant in the Lobby. From the 3nights we stayed there we ate there twice and i want to recommend to have dinner their since the taste of the seafoods are great. They also have some Steak which is also good and Hotpot and more. At the back of the hotel, they have this Chinese restaurant which we did not try since we thought it is cheaper in the lobby restaurant. Amenities- Swimming pool, gym, billiard(with pay), Table tennis, Jaccuzzi, Sauna in the 5th floor. Other amenities like the table football and air hockey game i did not ask if it is complimentary. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful which i think is a standard in an international brand Hotel like this Pullman. I am not sure if this will be the same case in other local hotel I am very happy to meet Mr. Roy Zhang because he was not just helpful and kind, he was sincere and very eager to teach me everything i need to know going to places i want to go. He also helped me install a taxi app which is called

Pullman Shishi Mattison is almost perfect. My suggestions for improvement: 1.)Implement key card security for the elevators, so that only guests can have access to their rooms. 2.)The comforter blanket was too warm for the weather in April.

I was so disappointed by my last visit because I was not given an upgrade even with my record stay of almost 30 days in a span of 7 months. I asked the receptionist to upgrade me to a suite considering i am a gold card member of ACCORPLUS and have many night stay at Shishi Pullman Mattison . The reception check the computer and agreed that indeed I am a regular guest and have stayed there for many nights. She said that she will ask the duty manager about my request. After a few minutes she come out and together with the male manager and said he can not give an upgrade . although I am a gold member he can not give me an upgrade. What really got me really upset is the he follow it up by saying if even you are a Platinum card member he still will not give me an upgrade to suite. This hotel is new but the staff there are constantly changing. I can hard see a regular staff in my less than one stay. The staffs are poorly trained to live up to a Pullman's Hotel.

This hotel with very good facilities such as steam bath, sauna and Big Gym Room, however for the Jacuzzi they only operate for 3 person and above, for those alone like me at that point of time only one person is unable to enjoy this Jacuzzi, this is very unfair as I am paying the same amount of room rate just because less than 3 person during that time period. Very delicate breakfast and friendly staff. The bed a bit not comfortable and have room to improve it.

My room was clean and lovely. Lobby breakfast and dinner buffet were fantastic. They offer a great variety of food. Nice staff members. Only a bad feeling was about their Chinese restaurant. No price indicated on the menu. Even you want to order some very common dishes , should need to wait for their quotation. It's ridiculous.

Pullman Shishi Mattison is in the industrial side of the city and a 10 min ride to the airport. It would be great if it is in the heart of the City of Quanzhou. However it is compensated by the good service and large room size.
