Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent stay at our hotel in Carcassonne. We truly appreciate your kind words about our property and the excellent experience you had at our restaurant—it’s wonderful to hear that you enjoyed the food and service there. However, we are deeply disappointed to learn about the issues you encountered with our inter-service, particularly at the bar and with room service. The delays, confusion, and failure to deliver your order are completely unacceptable and fall far below the standards we strive to uphold as a 5-star hotel.
