Disappointing stay

I stayed here last week and left with disappointment. I arrived at the hotel at 2.30AM due to the rescheduling of my flight. I was assisted by a cold, non communicative staff. He did his job efficiently though, but no more than that. No explanation of anything, no recognition of my Platinum status, no Platinum member perks and upgrade, not even mentioning the place and time of breakfast. I did not bother to ask since I arrived exhausted. I was allocated a room in the 12th floor. The same floor as the Executive Lounge, which the staff did not mention of course. The carpet from the elevator to the room had uneven surface, I never had this before. The room smelt bad, old and stinky. The bed was fairly good but the linen felt not fresh. The towel smelt weird too. The breakfast was pretty varied with good selection of Indonesian and Western selections. I came across an annoyed guest because there were delays in replenishing the food. During breakfast, at 09.34AM I received a notification that my booking was cancelled because the system checked me in the day after even though I have fully paid for the stay during the check in process. I brought this to the attention of the available reception staff. This issue was fixed after I followed it up to the property. Overall, a disappointing stay.

Very nice hospitality and great staff. Excellent breakfast. Would Recommended to stay at this hotel as the Location is close to everything. Rooms are clean and staff are very attentive. Can't go wrong with this hotel Would be staying in this hotel again

Hotel yang kamarnya cozy untuk bermalam dengan keluarga gymnya 24 jam akses dan sarapannya banyak banget variasinya recomended sih untum balik lagi terutama pelayanan timnya terutama dari keramahannya mba Rifka memastikan selama staynya nyaman..
