Dear Andrew J, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We apologize if you felt unwelcome or uncomfortable during your stay at Hotel Mercure Makassar Nexa Pettarani. We take your concerns about the behavior of some of our staff very seriously and will conduct an internal investigation to understand what happened and take necessary actions to ensure all our guests feel valued and respected. We appreciate the good work of our apprentice housekeeper and apologize for the dry cakes and pastries. We will review our staff's interaction with guests and provide additional training on professionalism and hospitality.
