hotel best price in losari area.. best view from room and also the reception very kind they have hairdryer and mini freeze in the room by request

This is my first time visit makassar and i choose ibis for my destination... i have a greet experience during stay . Almost all staff is friendly and helpfull, thats the poin. Process check in smooth and i have room with my request. No bottle plastic again i think this so good

Was thinking this place is ok until I saw the room cleaner rinse the floor mop in the sink. Completely changed my experience. Sheet were stained from something un-washable - staff changed them to new once made aware. Food is good downstairs but the coffee was 'wrong'. Tasted like some of that mop water made it into the pot. not exaggerating. Can't think of another way to describe the taste. Hate to leave a bad vibe review. Location is excellent. Reception staff were excellent.

ideal location just 1 min walk from Lasori Beach. The room was clean and acceptable. The only i don't like about Ibis is their bathroom looks cheap. Gr8 staff, i forgot my wallet at the reception later it was giving me intact. The breakfast spread was nothing gr8.
