We regret the absence of a refrigerator in your room — please note that in our Standard Rooms, only complimentary bottled water is provided, while Executive Rooms and Suites include a fully stocked minibar, refreshed daily. We also apologize for the experience with housekeeping and the disappearance of your room key after cleaning — this should not happen and will be investigated internally. Your comments regarding the attitude at the check-in counter and bathroom drainage are equally concerning and have been shared with the relevant departments for immediate review and improvement. Friendly, professional service and cleanliness are key priorities for us, and we’re sorry we did not meet that standard during your stay. 위치만 이동에 좋은 호텔. 하루에 150유로 정도로 2박함. 1년 전에도 투숙을 하며 벌레가 나온다고 건의를 하였음. 얼마나 개선되었나 확인도 할겸 1년 만에 다시 투숙했으나 전혀 개선된 것은 없는 형편없는 호텔임. 그러나 이번에도 동일한 종류의 벌레가 나옴. 이에 대한 사과도 전혀 없음. 혹시 이 벌레들을 잘못해서 집으로 가져 갈까봐 매우 스트레스 받음. 냉장고도 없고 바디 로션 및 보통의 호텔에서 있을 법한 것은 없는 호텔. 욕실에는 헤어샴푸와 바디 워시만 있음. 머리빗, 바디나 핸드로션, 린스도 없음. 그러나 벌레는 있음. 세면대는 배수가 잘 안됨. 화장솜이나 면봉 샤워캡도 없으며 요청해도 가져다 주지 않음. 객실에 커피나 티를 담아두는 상자는 줄리어스 마인들이었지만 내용물을 네스카페임. 즉 쓰레기로 버려야할 줄리어스 마인들 상자를 재활용하는 것임. 물은 투숙 기간 3일 동안 딱 1회 330ml짜리 유리병에 들어있는 물 2병 무료로 줌. 첫날 청소가 깨끗이 안되어 있어 바닥에 비닐 쓰레기가 있음. 방에 소형 냉장고를 놔두도록 제작된 가구가 있지만 냉장고는 없음. 호텔 복도에 제빙기도 없음. 물을 끌여 마실 수 있는 전기 포트도 고장이 나서 작동이 잘 안됨. 바로 같은 건물에 위치한 같은 호텔 체인에서 운영하는 이비스 호텔과 방 크기가 살짝 작은 것과 투숙 기간 내내 물 330ml 두병 주는 것 외에는 전혀 차이가 없으니 차라리 하루 10만원 정도 저렴한 이비스 호텔에서 투숙을 권함. 물을 바로 앞 역 지하에 interspar에서 사서 먹는 것을 추천함. 한 마디로 호텔을 평가하자면 잠자는데 꼭 필요한 것 만 있는 형편없는 호텔임.

비엔나 야경과 중앙역을 오가는 사람들을 볼 수 있어 생기 넘치는 위치에 있어요. 다만 대부분의 유럽 호텔이 그러하듯 방 크기는 작고, 골드티어로 룸 무료 업그레이드를 해도 방 사이즈는 동일해요. 요청하지 않으면 룸업그레이드는 해주지 않는 것 같아요. 업그레이드 받은 방사이즈가 오리지널 룸보다 작은 느낌이라 업그레이드 하지않고 기존룸을 사용한 경험은 처음이에요. 패밀리룸에는 냉장고가 없어서 아이의 유제품 간식을 보관하지 못하고 모두 버렸어요. 총 3박을 묵었는데 조식은 퀄리티에 비해 너무 비싸다는 느낌이 들어서 첫날 이용하고 이용하지 않았어요. 다만 비엔나의 경치를 만끽할 수 있고 멀리있는 대관람차까지 보이는 야경뷰나 공항을 오가는 편리한 위치, 0층에 작은 키즈놀이룸이 있어서 시간을 보낼 수 있고, 웰컴드링크의 경우 맥주, 와인 등 선택할 수 있어서 선택의 폭이 넓어 좋았어요.

As the name suggests it's just a two minute walk from the Main Train Station. The check-in was efficient and quick. The room is clean and spacious with a comfortable bed and a sofa on the side. The bathroom too was large with a separate shower area with good hot water and pressure. The cleaning of the room and replenishment of amenities is done by the phone app. The breakfast is varied with a good selection of hot and cold dishes. Highly recommended for a stay close to Vienna Hauptbahnof
