전반적으로 호텔 시설 및 위치에 대해서는 만족하였음.. 그리고 업그레이드도 받긴 하였으나, 대응하는 직원들도 대체적으로는 괜찮았음. 그러나 체크인 과정중에 물론 영어를 잘 하는 편은 아니나, 영어를 일부로 못알아 듣는경향도 있어 보임... (저만 그런가 하고 따져보니 , 한국내 블로그에 보니 몇몇글들이 이런글들이 보임)

아코르 온라인체크인 하고 갔고 키만 받으면 된다고했고 얼리체크인도 가능한 등급인데 예약이 없다며 불친절하게 말하고 자신 잘못인데 태도가 별로임. 체크인 오래걸림. 방에선 큐알코드로 룸서비스 요청하면 안 옴. 기다리다 세번 요청 했는데도 안 옴. 내려가서 말해서 받음. 그럴꺼면 큐알코드로 요청하라고 왜 하는건지 모르겠음. 그냥 프론트 가라고 처음부터 안내하길 바람. 위치하나만 좋고 전반적인 서비스는 일이 매끄럽지 않음.

기차로 움직이는 여행객에게는 위치가 정말 최고입니다. 직원들도 고객에게 최선을 다하는 모습이 정말 인상적이었네요. 다만 객실에 냉장고가 없다는 점이 아쉬웠고 금액대비 조식은 추천하고 싶지 않습니다.
