아코르 온라인체크인 하고 갔고 키만 받으면 된다고했고 얼리체크인도 가능한 등급인데 예약이 없다며 불친절하게 말하고 자신 잘못인데 태도가 별로임. 체크인 오래걸림. 방에선 큐알코드로 룸서비스 요청하면 안 옴. 기다리다 세번 요청 했는데도 안 옴. 내려가서 말해서 받음. 그럴꺼면 큐알코드로 요청하라고 왜 하는건지 모르겠음. 그냥 프론트 가라고 처음부터 안내하길 바람. 위치하나만 좋고 전반적인 서비스는 일이 매끄럽지 않음.

기차로 움직이는 여행객에게는 위치가 정말 최고입니다. 직원들도 고객에게 최선을 다하는 모습이 정말 인상적이었네요. 다만 객실에 냉장고가 없다는 점이 아쉬웠고 금액대비 조식은 추천하고 싶지 않습니다.

장점: 역 바로 앞에 위치하고 있어서, 짐이 많거나 대중교통을 이용하려는 투숙객에게 매우 유용하다. 단점: 냉장고가 없음. 전화기가 없음.(프론트 데스크에 요청 및 연락하기 위해서는 QR코드를 사용). 수건을 요청한지 15시간이 지나서 수령. (처음에는 하우스 킵퍼를 보냈다고 답변을 하였다가, 나중에는 프론트로 와서 직접 수령하라고 하였다가, 오전 8시가 되자 하우스 킵퍼가 가져다주었음). 티슈 및 덴탈키트는 요청하였으나 받지 못함.
