Stayed for 2 nights (separated by two weeks). Both rooms were excellent, clean and well appointed. Located next to the station, so really good for access to all areas of Vienna and for our trains, arriving and departing! The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was very good, plenty of choices. We used the restaurant and were very impressed, the food was really good. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again next time we are in Vienna

익명 가족 - 전체(All) 통지 확인

객실에서 벌레가 나와 나와 가족들을 물어 문제를 제길 했으나 별 다른 조치가 없었음. 다음 날 아침에도 우리 가족 모두 추가로 밤 사이 벌레에 여러 곳 물린 것을 확인했으며 객실 내 벌레가 있는 것을 사진과 동영상으로 촬영하여 리셉션에 이야기하자 방을 바꾸어줌. 메니저에게 메일을 보내라고 하여 보냈으나 아무런 답변도 듣지 못함. 숙박 기간 3박 4일 중 2박 3일을 가족 모두 벌레 때문에 고생을 했지만 미안하다는 사과 한마디 없었음. 최악의 호텔. 특히 매니저는 이러한 모든 내용을 알고도 한 마디 미안하다는 사과도 없음.

Very close to Wien Hbf, only 2-3 minutes’ walk. Room was clean and spacious by European standard. There are lots of choices for quick food at Hbf. Close to tourist attractions such as Belvedele Palace and St Charles Church. Overall very convenient and highly recommended.

Booked an executive room and asked for a high floor. Was worth it. Room on 18th floor with a great view over the main station and city. Central location. Minibar being included was nice (with espresso machine and a water boiler). Would stay again and recommend

전반적으로 깨끗하고 좋은 위치에 만족. 4인 가족이었는데 다소 공간이 부족하였으나 침대와 침구류는 만족스러움
