We are sorry to hear that the absence of a refrigerator and bottled water was disappointing. We have intentionally removed minibars from our standard rooms as part of our efforts to reduce energy consumption and support more sustainable travel. However, we are pleased to offer complimentary drinking water at our hotel, which can be refilled at our designated water stations. This allows us to provide fresh drinking water while also helping to reduce the use of single-use plastic bottles.
