Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're glad you appreciated our location, at least. We're very sorry to hear that the shower drain was clogged, causing water to overflow when you opened the door — this is not the standard we aim for, and we've shared this with our technical team right away so it can be checked and fixed. Regarding the fridge: in line with the ibis brand standard, our rooms do not include one, allowing us to offer our guests an especially attractive price-to-value ratio. We understand it was inconvenient to have to go to reception just for a bottle opener for your welcome drink — we appreciate you flagging this, as it helps us make things more convenient for guests going forward.
