We're very sorry to hear that the shower drain was clogged, causing water to overflow when you opened the door — this is not the standard we aim for, and we've shared this with our technical team right away so it can be checked and fixed. Regarding the fridge: in line with the ibis brand standard, our rooms do not include one, allowing us to offer our guests an especially attractive price-to-value ratio. We understand it was inconvenient to have to go to reception just for a bottle opener for your welcome drink — we appreciate you flagging this, as it helps us make things more convenient for guests going forward. 샤워공간 배수가 되지 않아 샤워실 문을 여니까 물이 밖으로 넘쳐 흘러나옴. 냉장고도 없는거 정말 당황스러움. 오프너도 없어서 웰컴 드링크로 받은 음료수를 마시려면 다시 프론트로 내려가서 오프너를 이용해야하는 불편함.

외부인 출입에 대한 안전 소홀. 호텔 로비에서 여권, 탭, 에어팟 등등의 물건들이 들어있는 가방을 도난당했습니다. 관리 소홀인 우리의 실수가 제일 큽니다. 그러나, 숙박객들이 아닌 외부인의 출입이 쉬운 것은 이 호텔에서 개선되어야 할 사항입니다. 중앙역 앞에 위치한 곳이면 더더욱이요. 그리고, 자리를 비우지 않고 있던 너는 가져가는걸 왜 몰랐냐??라고 물어보는건 큰 실례입니다. 어느 누가 도둑맞는걸 알고 가만 있었을까요? 여행의 초반에 이런 불미스러운 일이 생겨 마음이 많이 무겁지만 도둑이 마음놓고 쉽게 들어오고 나가도 도둑에게 gentleman이란 표현을 쓰는 이 호텔의 로비의 보안은 큰 문제입니다.

중앙역 바로 코앞이라 주변에 편의 시설도 많고 근교 여행을 고려한다면 더더욱 추천할만한 위치. 벨베데레 근처고 다른 관광지도 지하철이나 트램으로 10분 이내에 갈 수 있어서 좋습니다. 방안에 어매니티라 할 것은 거의 없고 여타 많은 유럽 호텔들과 마찬가지로 룸에 냉장고가 구비되어있지 않지만, 1층에서 생맥주와 와인 등의 주류를 유료구매할 수 있고 물과 차, 커피를 무제한으로 즐깅 수 있어서 큰 불편함은 느끼지 못했습니다.
