Ottima posizione, ottima interazione con il personale al desk e al bar. Cortesia e disponibilità in ogni interazione. La camera, però, non è mai stata pulita. Asciugamani sporchi. La doccia perdeva acqua tutta la notte.Il costo di circa 200 euro a notte è apparso quindi del tutto sproporzionato , nonostante sia da considerare il generale alto costo degli alberghi a Vienna. Nessuna macchina caffè in stanza nonostante le informazioni riportate sulla prenotazione che a nostro parere sono poco chiare e inganbevoli.

However, we sincerely regret the issues you experienced with housekeeping and maintenance. A room that is not cleaned properly and towels not replaced are unacceptable, and we apologize for this lack of care. The issue with the shower leaking throughout the night is also concerning and will be addressed with our technical team. Regarding the in-room amenities: only our Executive Rooms and Suites include a coffee machine. We understand how the information may have been unclear and apologize if this led to a misleading impression. Camera pulita e dotata di generi di conforto che apprezzi dopo una giornata passata fuori al freddo: acqua, bollitore e bustine di te / caffe'. Receptionist gentilissima, Buona colazione con dolce, salato e frutta fresca.

Un hotel molto bello, moderno, elegante, comodissimo perché proprio attaccato alla stazione dei treni. Servizi top, panorama bellissimo dal 17esimo piano. Personale gentile e professionale. Ottima colazione e una sauna piacevolissima aperta sino a mezzanotte. Super consigliato.
