Struttura nuova e pulita, reception e camere spaziose, personale gentile. Posizione buona, proprio di fronte alla Hauptbanhof e a 7/8 minuti dalla linea U1 della metro. Nella stazione ci sono tanti negozi e un supermarket per ogni necessità. Il personale andrebbe formato meglio circa le promozioni ed i benefit legati al member club della catena Accor/Ibis. Colazione un pò costosa, così abbiamo deciso di farla altrove.

Ci siamo trovati bene in questo albergo. I rincari per le festività sono evidenti. Qualche piccola osservazione sulla pulizia delle camere non sempre accurata (dotazione asciugamani scarsa, pulizia e riassetto camera approssimativa.

Mi sono trovata benissimo in questo hotel. La posizione è stata comodissima per me che viaggiavo in treno, letteralmente davanti alla stazione. Inoltre era possibile raggiungere la metro in pochi minuti a piedi e in tre fermate ero in centro a Vienna. L’hotel è moderno, recentemente rinnovato, gli ambienti accoglienti. Ho apprezzato l’area comune perfettamente organizzata e la possibilità di avere acqua e caffè gratuiti 24/24. La camera piccola ma abbastanza funzionale, avrei gradito un armadio e più appoggi. La colazione super! Tanta scelta tra il dolce e salato. Sicuramente lo consiglierei e lo sceglierei per una prossima visita a Vienna
