Very good all management staff also very delicious food quality with superb taste. Service also very better. We have such a nice time here. The service, food and the ambience are just wonderful. We loved the food here which made us extend our stay for another 2 days here. Alisha and Aman is such an wonderful person who gives great attention to the client needs and is very friendly too. Alisha also helped us through check in The team's professional is just unmatchable. Pros: 1. Pool: Well maintained pools 2. Kids Activities- Small play area to keep kids engaged Cons: 1. Rooms- Revamp of standard rooms is needed, dampness on some edges/room corners 2. Food- Half board option that included one major meal, so opted for Dinner as major meal and to my surprise this was not up to mark in terms of taste, quality and variety. To my surprise just one Non-Veg main course, and likewise some critical feedback on other items were shared directly to hotel itself. Hopefully IBIS will pay some attention to food quality and taste aspects.

Worse stay ever - extremely rude staff

Hotel tried to cheat on the category of the room booked. I had paid for Superior package and they kept insisting it was Standard package, even though i showed them the voucher. It was only after my insistence that they finally came up with the excuse that there was some miscommunication. Duty Manager Mr Aman, Restaurant Manager Mr Abhishek, Receptionist Ms Priyanka...all were extremely rude, very poor customer service, and not willing to do anything more to make good their mistake.
