Direkt am Bahnhof gelegen, Zimmer sind aber gut schallisoliert. Die dazugehörige Bar bietet eine gute Pizza und kleine Snacks. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Bad ist etwas klein. Es ist alles in allem fast wie das Motel one bloß billiger

Ich habe mich für das Ibis entschieden, da es direkt nebem dem Bahnhof in Cambridge gelegen ist. So hatte ich es mit Koffer nicht weit und konnte dank Early Check-In mein Zimmer bereits vormittags beziehen und "unbeschwert" auf Entdeckungstour gehen. Am Sonntag wurde mein Gepäck auch sicher aufbewahrt bis mein Zug zurück nach London ging. Ich hatte ein schönes Zimmer mit Ausblick auf die Altstadt von Cambridge, das Frühstück war lecker und mit guter Auswahl. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Hotel zufrieden. Positiv hervorheben kann ich auf jeden Fall die sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter*innen und das gute Frühstück. Über ein paar Flecken auf dem Teppich konnten wir gut hinwegsehen, da die Sauberkeit ansonsten gepasst hat. Das Bad sorgte jedoch für einige Rätsel, da das Duschen trotz Aufmerksamkeit nahezu das gesamte Bad unter Wasser setzt. Die Oberflächen ziehen diese Feuchtigkeit so stark an, dass Kleidung, die im Bad bereitgelegt wurde, nach dem Duschen ebenfalls durchnässt war. Außerdem verursachten die Wasserrohre oder die Lüftung nachts recht laute Geräusche, die den Schlaf das ein oder andere Mal unterbrochen haben. Für den Preis, die Lage und den Zweck war das Hotel insgesamt aber eine gute Wahl.
