We’re having an absolute blast here at Novotel Marsa Alam, and a huge part of that is thanks to Tereza and Lyn from the entertainment team. They are both incredible! Tereza, in particular, is amazing—her energy is contagious and she always has a huge smile on her face. She really goes above and beyond to make sure we’re having the best time. She’s professional, witty, and so kind-hearted. Thank you, Tereza, for making our vacation truly unforgettable so far.

Hotel niestety bardzo zaniedbany, miejscami brudny. Restauracja bardzo zaniedbana , jedzenie bardzo nieapetycznie wyglądało. Wszędzie się lepiło od brudu. Mini klub dla dzieci też porażka, bardzo brudna podłoga i brak zabawek dla dzieci. Hotel niestety tylko dla starszych osob. Wielki minus dla panów od ręczników którzy zajmowali rano miejsce na leżakach dla niemców

Our stay at Novotel Marsa Alam Beach Resort was exceptional from start to finish. The warm and efficient welcome set the tone for the entire holiday, making us feel valued right away. The buffets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner were incredibly generous, offering a wide variety of delicious options every day. Whether you prefer local flavors or international dishes, there was always something satisfying to choose from. The animation team did a great job as well—friendly, energetic, and engaging without being intrusive. They really contributed to a lively atmosphere throughout the resort. The sea was absolutely stunning, with crystal-clear water and a peaceful ambience perfect for relaxing or swimming. Our rooms upgrade were a lovely surprise, and the sea-view rooms were truly beautiful, offering amazing views that made the stay even more memorable. A special mention goes to Assistant Guest Relations Manager Karouna. She took personal care of our stay, ensuring my Platinum status was fully recognized. Thanks to her professionalism and attention, we received the upgrades we were entitled to and enjoyed à la carte dinners at the resort’s specialty restaurant. Her support truly elevated our experience. Overall, Novotel Marsa Alam exceeded my expectations in every way. We highly recommend it and would gladly return!
