We have been to Egypt over 20 times, this year the third time. It's hard to find a good hotel here, regardless of the number of stars. Novotel is one of the few hotels in Egypt that you will be satisfied with. Large and well-kept area. At the end there is a swimming pool for adults only, with a silence zone :). Very clean everywhere. The food is delicious, everyone will find something for themselves. High-quality ala carte restaurant. I recommend beef if you like it. The service is always very friendly and smiling, even in the bar ;). Special thanks to Lucy. Thanks to her, this stay was not only nice, but fantastic. He will help in any matter. We will definitely come back here. Thank you 😍

We had a great 7 days stay at this beautiful hotel. The lay-out is perfect, the view from the restaurant terrace is breathtaking (with well chosen music as background you could spend hours admiring the seashore and the picturesque jetty, if it weren't for the temptation of the gorgeous house reef) the buildings are surrounded by beautiful small gardens. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The food is tasty almost without exception (some of the dishes were quite delicious). We would've preferred more Egyptian/Oriental themed dinners, though (the local dishes were by far the best). The staff was helpful and friendly. A special thanks to Mahmoud Massoud, always smiling and very helpful. The only (minor) inconvenience was that access to the reef from the jetty wasn't possible earlier than 8 o'clock. We're already thinking about coming back as soon as possible!

Very bad experience after 7 hours drive. First off all, there is no sea to swim. They think that the hotel is suitable for diving but there is not enough space for it. Special platform around 100 meter has been made to reach sea water on the sea. Sea is wavy and deep. Ok. It is also understandable but after long walk and swim, if you want to drink something even water, you have to walk around more than 100 meter to drink something. Hotel concept is all inclusive consept at least they think like this. But they are much far away from this concept. Hotel staff is good and help all the time. But I do not think that hotel is managed in a good way. The most important issue related to hotel is that they cheat tourists. It is very bad for Egypt when the hard currency is very important for government. I am living in Egypt in Cairo. My wife is Russian. She needed some medicine. There was one pharmacy in the hotel and I told them to buy from there. She bought one tablet and cream and paid 1100 egp. ($25). Since I know that the medicine in Egypt is not so expensive, I asked my pharmacy to check the price. The price was 65 Egp( $1.3). I complained to hotel management fist and went to pharmacy. I got the money back. He paid and tried to explain that it was touristic place and it was normal to get money in this way. He had very bad and ugly character and was afraid of my response. As a result, especially from long distance like Russia, do not come to spend money and time. They do not deserve anything.

it was a super stay.. every one of us enjoyed a full time and we appreciate the kind hospitality of Mr. Sharqawy, Mr. Abozid, and every member of the staff. I would extend my appreciation to the swimming pool team and the guards who were always awake to watch the kids all the time.
