Our breakfast menu was excellent, varieties of food so great. Great experience, the room was very clean and comportable.

Our remote control didn’t work and toiletries (cotton bud) not replaced. Water for washing on closet didn’t work. Restaurant staff was very friendly. Food so tasty and great. Thanks for great service and we will recommend this hotel to our friend

Ibis Styles Hotel Mangga Dua service overall tiptop, the staff very friendly and kind from the moment we went through entrance point. Room service match the price with good food. The staff at restaurant, Ms Mia is very friendly with us like old good friends. Cuma lampu bilik sedikit malap kerana tiada lampu putih. Selebihnya semua perfect.

Hotel got a big swimming pool and breakfast area is big. Aura over at executive lounge is friendly and have a good smiling face. Keep it up. Location of the hotel is good and can buy food and groceries nearby. Good hotel for both business and family trip.
