0時を過ぎての到着となりましたが、フロントの方が笑顔で迎えてくれスムーズなチェックインでした。 エレベーターもカードキーをかざさないと反応しないようになっているため、セキュリティーも問題ないと思います。 客室も掃除は行き届いており、またフルーツが置いてあったのも嬉しかったです。(今回はすぐ寝てしまったためいただけませんでした) wifiの速度の十分でベッドの寝心地もよかったです。 またウェルカムドリンククーポンもいただけたので、今回は朝食なしのプランだったので外で朝食をいただきましたが、ホテルに戻ってアイスコーヒーをいただきました。量が想像以上に大きく嬉しかったです。全体的大満足だったのですが、ただ1つの不満はシャワーのお湯の温度がとても低かったことです。 もう少し温かいお湯が出るとよりいいと思います。

ハード面、ソフト面ともに良く完成されており、値段を考えるとこれ以上のものはなかなかないのでは。部屋はそんなに広くないのに必要なものは一通りコンパクトにまとめられてそろっており、閉所恐怖症の私が窮屈さを感じることもなく感心しました。朝食も毎回おししくいただけました。4日ごとに気分転換のためにホテルを変えてますので、気に入らなかったからメルキュールコタに移動したわけではありません。次回もよろしくお願いします。

The staff service is excellent especially Mr. Dede. Polite and very helpful. Restaurant food taste good and variety choices. Hotel location is good and very convenience for shopping. Hotel room is clean and quiet to stay. Overall I recommend to stay in this hotel.

IBIS Harmoni Jakarta is strategically located along a main highway. 1. You can easily use the low cost Transjakarta bus to go anywhere in the town. The bus stop is located very near to the Hotel. Taxis are easily available within 2/3 minutes. 2. A big Hypermarket/Mall is just opposite the hotel. You can use over-bridge to go to the Hypermarket . A good number of restaurants are located there including a big super store and other shops. There is nice open air coffee shop just at the entrance of the mall. The Grans Mall Indonesia is nearby and Taxi fare is around USD 2 only 3. The Mcdonald "Maccafe" is just beside the hotel and this Maccafe is open 24 hours. 4. The Hotel provides buffet breakfast with varieties of food. There is cute open air seating arrangement behind the restaurant for smokers. 5. The ATM is in the reception area and open for 24 hours 6. The reception staff, Restaurant staff and front gate staff are very good and helpful. 7. The room facilities are good. The nightly rate is very reasonable - I booked at flexi option and paid USD 50 inclusive of buffet breakfast. I find this hotel very good for budget conscious travellers and who would like have all basic facilities nearby.

hotel is good, next to mc donald, very close to convenience store about 2 minutes walk. next to hotel there is taxi stand. good location in kota. opposite gajah mada. plenty of entertaiment and restaurand in the sorrounding area. definetely will come back again to these hotel

Ibis location is nice, I chose this hotel for the location.As platinum i was oriented with a Movie theme room, with a nice movie theather system inside. Good for relax after work.the breakfast is too crowded, but probably i choose the wrong time zone

ホテルの立地が好きで、ファシリティも、従業員の対応も満足です。他の従業員はあまり接する機会がないから判りませんか、ドアマン、セキュリティはフレンドリーでとてもきちんと教育されてるので、他も同様だと思います。

Walking into reception and i was greeted by a man ( sorry i never read name badges) with a great big smile and greeted me by name so my first impressions were wow, the hotel was nice and bright and with the celebration of independence and the beginning of the Asian games there was a fantastic buzz in the air. Our room was clean, the bed was really comfortable which was needed after a long flight from Europe. It was the first time having Indonesian breakfast but everythng looked fresh and hot ( yourhotel was the only place where we had a hot breakfast served hot the rest were cold at best) so thank you for that. The only downside was the wifi was a bit slow i dont know if being on the 10th floor made a difference.

Unique room decoration. My kids love so much to the decoration. The room is adequate foe family with 2 kids below 10 years. Very close with McDonalds and shopping mal just across the hotel. Easy to access with public transporation.

Service by all staff are friendly, efficient and professional. They don't smothered you but always there to help you and make your stay enjoyable. Location of hotel very good, big shopping mall across road is very handy, easy to get taxi whenever you need them. Room is very clean and pleasant though bathroom could be bit bigger.

I came for my 5th times...location very near with everything..Receptions very attentive..everything was perfect for me...i will back soon for my next trip in Jakarta. Room service took times for food delivery and when the food served its cold already.

I stay at this hotel as we conduct a business event in this hotel. This hotel is in a good location, in front of Gajah Mada Plaza, which have lots of restaurants, fast food etc. It's also next to McDonald :) The staff is very friendly, helpful and really take care of us in running the event smoothly, especially Kiki from Banquet Dept. Very recommended!

立地や部屋に関しては問題ないが、シャワーのシャンプー&ソープの質が悪すぎる。全く泡立たなかった。あと、ランドリーサービスの値段を勘考して欲しい。長期滞在時の多量の衣類は頼める価格ではない。手間を考えても外注した方が良いと考えてしまう。

This hotel is just a standard ibis hotel, but with extraordinary quality and well maintained property. This hotel has no swimming pool, gym, or other extra facilities. Basically just room, restaurant, and meeting rooms. But it has fast wifi, cool air conditioner in room and in the aisle, clean room and bathroom, and buffet/a la carte dining or in room service with good quality. Not to mention its very strategic location. It would be even better if they could improve the breakfast variety and the efficiency of check in and check out. I already checked in online but the check in process seems to be overwhelming, perhaps because the hotel procedures are too lengthy and the reception was understaffed. It was the same case during check out. As a Rekso group hotel which has a lot of experience in hospitality industry, I believe this hotel could even be better in the future.
