Buona posizione Ma grossa pecca le finestre non si aprono per cui la camera non viene arieggiata. Neanche durate le pulizie . E non passano a ripulire tutta la camera ogni giorno. Avevamo in due solo due asciugamani E non vengono cambiate. Se leusi per la doccia non ne hai piu.

Dear Nicole, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay at our hotel. We are disappointed to hear that you were dissatisfied with your stay. While it is true that our windows cannot be opened without assistance due to safety regulations, as stated on the attached sign, we are always happy to open windows on request should this be discussed with our 24-hour reception team. Please be reassured that had this been brought to our attention during your stay, this would not have been an issue. As for towels not being changed during room servicing, may I ask if they were placed on the floor to signal that this was desired. If not, towels and bedding are changed every other day due to our sustainability policies to avoid unnecessary water use. Again, should any issues with this be brought to our attention, we are always happy to find a solution, providing additional towels from reception, or arranging housekeeping services as desired. I hope that you will stay with us again in the future to allow us to provide a more pleasant experience aligning with your expectations. L'hotel ha un'ottima posizione per poter girare Edimburgo a piedi, era pulito, camere belle anche se magari un po' essenziali, poiché non vi era la presenza di un frigobar, o cassaforte..ma sceglierei nuovamente di soggiornarci in quanto ci siamo trovati bene con il personale e la posizione dell'hotel.
