Ben posizionato, ma poca pulizia della camera. Se non ci fossero stati i dipendenti alla reception molto gentili e disponibili, avrei lasciato la struttura. Non hanno pulito la camera.

Ottima posizione, staff molto gentile, bel soggiorno complessivamente. Contro: la finestra in camera non si apre e in bagno manca la ventola così in camera si crea moltissima umidità.

I'm sorry to hear that you had some issues with humidity in your room during your stay. You are correct that our windows cannot be opened in most rooms. This is due to regulations in place to ensure the comfort and safety of all of our guests. There is a fan in each bathroom that should turn on automatically when humidity is detected. If this does not appear to be working correctly you can always bring it to the attention of our 24-hour reception team who would be happy to arrange maintenance works or a room move to minimise disruption to your stay. In any case we thank you for your feedback, and will take your comments into consideration when considering future improvements to our hotel. We hope to welcome you back someday!
