Cara Alla,  Grazie per i gentili commenti riguardo al tuo recente soggiorno al Novotel Edinburgh Park.  Mi dispiace che il tuo soggiorno con noi di recente ti sia sembrato caro. Capisco il tuo punto di vista.  Siamo ora all'inizio di giugno, il che significa che la stagione estiva intensa è iniziata in Scozia. Questo fatto, insieme a una maggiore richiesta dei nostri servizi, fa aumentare le nostre tariffe. Posso vedere nel sistema che sei stata da noi durante un fine settimana alla fine di maggio, il che contribuisce ad aumentare le tariffe. Ciò è dovuto al fatto che questa data segna l'inizio delle vacanze scolastiche in alcune parti del Regno Unito. Sfortunatamente, non disponiamo di camere triple in hotel. Siamo trasparenti riguardo al tipo di sistemazione che una camera familiare comporta, ovvero un letto Queen size e un divano letto.  Forniamo accappatoi e pantofole solo nelle camere Executive - tuttavia, il nostro team può anche fornirli su richiesta in base alla disponibilità.  Ci dispiace che in questa occasione ti abbiamo delusa.
