Dear Mr. G., Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Novotel Sofia. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. At Novotel, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. As a person who has been in this hotel since the preopening I can assure you that we do invest i our product on regular bases. I am really sorry to see that our cleanliness did not meet your expectations as this is top priority for us and our ratings regarding it are on high level. I am sorry to see that you have had an allergy as well. If you have told us during your stay, I can assure you that each member of my team will take all necessary actions to change your room and make your stay much more pleasant. As for the salmon at breakfast, Mr. G., I may same the same as especially during the last 2 years we have made a lot of improvements at breakfast . I understand that missing sometimes a favorite product could be frustrated, however we have taken decision to replace some items from time to time, no to have the same breakfast every day. We do have salmon and I am sorry that it was missing during your stay. I appreciate you sharing your concerns, and it is my hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future.
