From the check in, where was told to come back later as their system was down (6 pm in the evening) to the eventual room, the stay was a nightmare. The hotel did not have any bath towels. I had to make do with face towels till the next night. Any hotel which cannot provide essentials like towels, has no business running a hotel! The stay was unacceptable! Irrespective of the state of the labour market, this stay was a benchmark in the arrogance of a large hotel group which cares little for the guests

Having read some of the reviews before we left i was apprehensive but there was no need. Yes room is small but what you expect in a French hotel. Compared to another hotel we stayed in the bathroom was huge! Comfy bed and air conditioning. No tea/coffee making in room but hot drinks available free of charge in reception. Staff really friendly, welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Didn’t have the choice as it was the only hotel available in the wanted area and with the possibility of 3 beds but it was very disappointing (old, not super clean and very noisy). It has absolutely no charm - despite the great location.

Location: nice close to Pigalle and Sacre coeur region, problem, no parking spaces and underground parking is 39 € per night !!! Hotel very small and rooms also very very small . The rooms and bathroom are old and worn out. This hotel needs urgent investments. The breakfast was included but very basic for an Ibis styles. As a gold traveller, i expect more for this money.

Location of the hotel is a bit shady, but you have supermarkets/patisserie shops very nearby. Hotel room is sufficient for 2, breakfast is pretty average but that’s what you get in budget hotels. If you are travelling on budget this is a good choice
