We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place is done up so aesthetically, it’s a pleasure to the senses! The hotel is not grand or lavish, but it’s just perfect. And the staff is the sweetest staff I’ve ever met at any hotel in Europe. Very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal - just a short walk from the Metro and bus stations. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel serving different cuisines. There’s also a convenience store just nearby. If I go back to Paris I’d stay here again!

My second stay at this property and a bit of a let down, expect for the breakfast team, which is quite wonderful! As everyone mentions, decoration is immaculate in this hotel, it's fairly new. The credit card terminal receipt betrays this used to be a Ibis property. The size of the bathroom is a reminder of that. This trip (multiple nights) was a let down: - No Accor status recognition, no welcome amenity (was told "we ran out", and then was told (lied to) at check out that I had to ask for it). Either way, not a way to treat your elite. - Housekeeping was all over the place. Items were not replaced. A housekeeping baskets was forgotten in the room in one instance. Housekeeping seems to be told to collect left out room keys. We had to request new room keys at least 3 times. - Maintenance/Basic issue Management was nonexistent. Sink was not draining properly, the toilet seat was wobbly. That was reported but nothing was done. Only to find out that the issue was not entered in any system. I'm not sure this was even done for the next customer... On paper, this is a great property, but staff lacks of experience with issue management.

This hotel is great, only a few months old too. The staff are super nice, the rooms are comfortable , the breakfast is awesome too : they offer things from french cuisine + you can order personalized eggs The only downside is that you may sometimes hear some noise because renovations are still ongoing, but that’s probably not the hotel’s fault.

The best hotel I have stayed at in Paris. It's beautiful and elegant and quiet. The staff is brilliant - always ready to help you with anything. I want to specially mention the young man in the breakfast room who was very attentive, nice and kept what kind of breakfast I like in mind. It's in itself a reason to visit Paris!

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. What impressed me the most was the incredibly friendly staff and the overall vibe of the place - everything feels elegant and calm, without any unnecessary pretentiousness. Another big advantage is the sauna, which is already included in the price. Just keep in mind that you need to book it in advance at the reception, 10/10.
