Front desk- check in / out quite slow, no service mind. None of assistance Room- Air conditioning Broke in the middle of the night. I would like to praise the technician for coming to fix it quickly and brought in a fan. They had apologized for this inconvenience. Beach bar service - Quite slow Beach View - Good

It seems that vacation on such hotel should be excellent, but it's not. We stayed for 3! weeks and: Magic bed, extremely good breakfast, amazing territory, beautiful sunset. 1. house keeping at 4 pm. Why is so late? 2. we've left our sandals The North Face on the shore for 3 hours and haven't found it. When we asked reception to help us they only answered: what is your room number? We are 100% sure that cleaner found it but didn't tell us. Or was it hotels' guests? 3. Than the story with dissapearing our photo gadget repeated, but we insisted to return the find to us. 4. Jacuzzi outside isn't worjking at all 5. Massage near the pool was only 3-4 times for 3 weeks 6. Both swimming pools are too hot 7. second swimming pool has no sunbeds 8. very hard and difficult entering the sea and important thing - all stuff are so so lazy and slow. We tried to check out for 30! minutes. Unfortunately we dont want to stay here again.

It was a nice place but some issues with the, jacuzzi , door bell, fountain just indicated it wasn't well maintained. the outside pools were just too hot to used and the landscaping with water running through the hotels, was obviously a good idea when they first opened but just looked a mess as the moats were left empty , dirty and uninviting.

Pr Solo - Confirmed reviews ALL

Stay as solo for 3 nights. Staffs are really well manner and serve me really well. Room is quite big and spacious. There is also a Starbucks stall in the hotel next to the beach which is quite nice.
