Stayed 4 nights. I liked the modern and trendy design of the hotel. Room is brightly lit allowing ease of reading at night.

Amazing housekeeping service- special mention to the staff who cleaned promptly and thoroughly- no complaints! And always responsive reception staff providing immediate service upon asking Thankyou Ibis!

My job requires me to spend 300 nights a year in hotels. I have 3 priorities: - a comfortable bed - a good supply of hot water - very strong WiFi This hotel has comfortable beds. I was here 5 nights, and never had hot water in either the tap or shower. This is unforgivable. The internet in room 519, kept cutting out, every 5-10 minutes. This was horrible, and ruined my stay. I mentioned it several times at reception. Once, they sent up a maintenance fellow. He said that he couldn’t do anything, but he would inform the I.T. people. Nothing happened. Very poor form, Ibis! When I complained about lack of hot water, the man at reception said that it was because of high occupancy in the hotel. Absolute rubbish! The breakfast was pretty poor. The two, “cordials” offered, had zero taste. The bakery products were cold, bland, and of poor quality. I am shocked at how poor this hotel is run, and I would definitely not return.
