Nice hotel room, clean areas with good facilities such as gym and pool, the employees are very hospitable and kind. Kak Safitri is really friendly, hospitable and nice to guests. Kak Shelby makes me a good egg, The hotel offers good hotel breakfast. The hotel is in strategic area, right in front of a mall

I came on dining time. The place quite cozy and comfortable, the food was very nice (especially peyek udang) but the background music a bit to high, the toilet is clean, but the musholla temperature a bit hot. But it's not a big problem. Overall its perfect.

First time iftar in Mercure Hotel Alam Sutera. Mercure has a good environment that our team can easily comfort to dine in and discuss here. Many Food & Beverages serve here which have good taste and swallow. Somepoint maybe can be upgrade about Some Noodle that feels cold, but its still has a good taste. Anyway thanks to Mercure Hotel for provide us to experience Iftar here.

good service & good facilities. staff was so nice during me & my family stays. breakfast is also worth it, stayed at the pool view room - it was ok but the room was too far from the elevator but overall it's good. have nothing bad to say about this hotel. def recommended.
