This is my 4th time im staying in mercure alam sutera. I always love this place and would love to come back again and again as my sweet place for staycation and escape from hustle and bustle, The service was excellent, i got double upgrade and this time i got upgrade to priviledge room and someday would love to get experience to stay at priviledge sweet which more spacious including bathtube facility. I Always being welcome here and always feel like at home everytime im check in ... i got welcome hospitality with great service.. from the front staff and l housekeeping staff that make up my room with a warm greetings and always provide me complimentary cake and fruit and thats so sweet, Thanks mercure. Also...I would like to personally thanks to Ibu Ade for always welcoming me with great service..and her warm personality... My frequent trip there have always been a pleasure experience. Great asset to the Mercure Alam Sutera..thanks so much Ibu Ade, thanks so much Mercure alam sutra to always welcoming us! Over all...I always enjoy to stay at this hotel and definitely recommended to all my friend and traveller who love to explore BSD and alam sutra areas...just stay at Mercure Alam Sutra..you will feel great experience for sure..till we meet again in next staycation!
