Rooms were tidy and staffs were helpful. Recommended and will back here with family . Kids were having fun and happy. Breakfast were fine. Pools also fine kids were enjoying theirs swimming. Also, thanks to mis Fia was very helpful for the kids.

Awesome experience to stay here.. The staff was very good.. Her name is FIA.. She handle our family really well.. Thank you and would love to recommend all of you to stay here.. Great location too.. Near the mall and all entertainment and restaurants nearby..

I have special ocassion this November and choose Mercure Serpong Alam Sutera as my stay, i got friendly staff but i forgot his name when me checkin, very near to Living World Alam Sutera and Flavor Bliss, really help me during that ocassion, very friendly and helpful staff in reception, concierge and housekeeping are best They have a great pool and gym but i inly try gym i hope i can return to try the pool Sorry for unproper photo as im not take too many photos during my stay, but i take some videos when working out
