Fast everything nice,clean room,bathroom as well,they provide free water we just need to take them by ourself.breakfast was really nice.check in process was really fast even we came at 2.00.the variation of breakfast need to be improved especially on the bread corner a really butter would be worth.service in the reataurant were great ,friendly.

From the moment i walked into the hotel lobby / reception area, the smile and warm gesture of mas Irsan greeted me. From security guard to reception staff, restaurant staff and housekeeping staff. All are ready to welcome their guests with genuine hospitality. Mas Irsan resolved few teething issues related to aircond, my platinum membership status, and breakfast entitlement. His hands-on approach on problem-solving wins my approval anytime. Another reception staff Mbak Nellie is also helpful and both of them constantly follow up with me during my 4 days of stay if i have any concern or issue. Breakfast selection was adequately satisfying with local flavours. Amazing Wedang Jahe and Asem Manis are my favourites. Will certainly return to Ibis Jakarta Senen for my next stay in Jakarta. The room was great, the staffs were helpfull. Although the exhaust fan in the bathroom not working. There was no trash can in the room, but the staff quickly provide one. The breakfast were great, lots of menu provided.
