The apartment was very clean with everything needed in the kitchenette for a short stay, the shower was a bit dodgy but useable. The bed was nice and comfy but I can imagine that the summer season would be rather unbearable due to lack of aircon. The only real problem was how grumpy the staff were. Only one young lady was cheerful and helpful, everyone else just seemed to have forgotten how to smile and were totally uninterested in their job We asked 3 different people about parking the car and it was a case of 'don't know, you'll have to ask later on'.

Not Terrible but I wouldn't stay there again.

There is nothing truly awful about this hotel. The neighborhood isn't particularly convenient but it is close the Metro. The staff was fine. The room was clean when we arrived although it was 15 euros a day to get additional housecleaning. I would get the rooms on the lower floors as they seem nicer. The worse part was that there was no air conditioning and the fan, even for Sept., was insufficient. The shower, while hot is basically a curtain around a showerhead and it got old very quickly having the entire floor get wet.

Adagio Asnieres cancelled my reservation despite I received booking confirmation. I was informed when I arrived at hotel

I have booked two nights at Adagio Asnieres sur seine (June 24 and 25) through Amex Global Business Travel. I have received a confirmation for my booking. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told by the hotel that my reservation has been cancelled. The hotel was full. The front desk was not able to find a hotel alternative for me for the duration of my stay. I had to walk with my suitcase under 35 Celsius to try to sort this out with Amex GBT (who were extremely surprised by the cancellation) over the phone. Adagio is to avoid if you don't want to risk sleeping in the street...

It is a residential location, so parking on street was very limited and have to pay, room is very dark, lighting is poor, large windows open inwards and has no catches to keep in place, staff particularly unhelpful and unfriendly considering it was nearly €200 per night.

I stayed for two nights in a single room. Fortunately, the bed was quite comfortable and spacious for one person, and all kitchen utensils were provided including a fridge and a microwave. The only issue I encountered was the unpleasant smell of the room. I think it was coming from the carpet.
