No me gusta la ubicación. Aunque es céntrico, ir de la estación de Makkasan al hotel andando es un infierno

Estuvimos una semana alojados y el hotel está bien, pero no hay absolutamente nada alrededor. Está en una calle muy oscura y el restaurante más cercano, así como la estación de skytren o metro más cercana está a unos 15 minutos caminando. La cama comodísima y la habitación confortable. El personal de recepción en general resultó poco eficiente. Los más atentos fueron los empleados del lobby.

Una estancia genial, habitación amplia, camas muy cómodas, todo muy limpio. El desayuno buffet muy completo y variado, cambian platos de un día a otro. El último día después del checkout nos permitieron disfrutar todo el día de las instalaciones, bañarnos en la piscina... La ubicación está bien y muy bien comunicada por metro y tienen servicio de tuk tuk gratuito. La atención del personal excelente, tuvieron el detalle de regalarnos una tarta de cumpleaños y felicitarnos ya que coincidio con este día durante nuestra estancia. La atención de Zeng y Dew excelente. Lo recomendamos absolutamente.

El Mercure es definitivamente un excelente hotel pero........ sus empleados del octavo piso hacia arriba son muy cordiales. Los empleados de la planta baja hacen negocio personal con los taxis o buses que se requieran para grupos. Es notorio cómo te hacen sentir estafado cuando solicitas un taxi. No hay tarifas establecidas para los servicios al aeropuerto. Te dicen un precio y cuando llega el servicio te quieren cobrar el doble o más. Aunque no se entiende su idioma uno se da cuenta que el botones o carga maletas tiene su negocio con el conductor
