Un horror cada vez que tienes que llegar al hotel

Dear valued guest, Thank you for choosing Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 4 to celebrate your special occasion during your stay from 7th to 11th October. We are genuinely apologize to hear that your experience didn't meet your expectations, and we regret any inconvenience you encountered this time. Please know that our management team is always available to assist and resolve any issues that guests may encounter during their stay. Given that you stayed with us for four nights, we would have been more than willing to address your concerns and make your stay as pleasant as possible had you informed us of these issues while you were on the property. Nevertheless, kindly allow me to share more details, we arranged a complimentary anniversary decoration that included a large swan made from red towels and flowers on the bed, a birthday cake, and a greeting card. We hope these thoughtful gestures made your celebration even more special. We acknowledge that you are a valued Classic member, and when you booked our Deluxe room, we provided the standard set-up. However, we have a note in the room informing guests that extra amenities are available upon request, which you may have seen upon arrival in the room. In fact, on the 10th of October, you requested 2 toothbrushes and 2 shavings, which were promptly delivered to your room. In terms of room size and facilities, it might be a bit biased to compare Novotel with Ibis. Our Deluxe room is 28 square meters, whereas Ibis's standard room is approximately 19 square meters. There are numerous differences in terms of services and various other factors that contribute to the distinction between the two brands. Regarding the location, we understand that the hotel is situated near an entertainment and vibrant area. Bangkok is a diverse city with numerous attractions, and personal preferences can differ significantly. For guests who wish to avoid the entertainment area on Soi 4, we offer a shuttle service that conveniently connects you to the BTS Nana via Soi 6. Many of our guests have found this to be a preferred route by shuttle or even can walk conveniently. Regarding your comment about single-use plastic, we are committed to reducing our environmental footprint and optimizing the use of natural resources. Our goal is to achieve net zero emissions by 2050, and this journey involves changes in operations and practices throughout our hotels. It's important to note that these initiatives contribute to our collective environmental responsibility, and while they may not always be immediately reflected in the price, they play a vital role in preserving our planet. Just as drops of water can fill a bucket, our sustainability initiatives will help reduce our environmental footprint and optimize the use of natural resources on a global scale, reinforcing sustainable hotel operations. Ayer por un descuido me dejé olvidado el teléfono en un tuktuk y tras hablar con el personal del hotel y concretamente con Sr. Ekk lo pude recuperar ya que no paro hasta localizarlo y que el tuktuk me lo devolviera en el mismo día. Hotel bien situado y con un excelente desayuno.
