Aparthotel Adagio Access Avignon I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in June 2025. The hotel is located near the Avignon TGV station, just a 7-minute walk away. The room is spacious and includes a kitchen equipped with cooking utensils. The bathroom is clean, but the water drainage is a bit slow. However, the hotel is not close to the city centre of Avignon; you need to take a bus to get there, which takes about 30 minutes. The nearby supermarkets and restaurants also require a bus ride or a 10-minute walk. The staff is nice and helpful. If you want to be near the TGV station, this is a good place to stay.

Booked due to travelling to / from the TGV. Would recommend for the proximity to it. But be aware that there is nothing at all nearby ( the whole area is akin to an industrial estate ) so if you ( like us ) arrive after the station shop is closed then you can’t even purchase water. We saw there was a McDonald’s 10 minutes away ( the only place walkable to eat ) and thought we’d get some there. We couldn’t as admirably they only sell it in a cup. The walk to the McDonald’s wasn’t pleasant. Drug dealers on route which made it a bit sketchy . The reception was closed when we arrived but alternative ways of getting key were provided - we did have to push for those though. Room itself was very clean. The bed comfortable. Adequate storage . TV provided. Air con wasn’t the best. And the fridge in room incredibly noisy. Bathroom had a hand held shower arrangement which was cumbersome to use. And it smelt . We didn’t hear any outside noise. Had to take rubbish to a room on ground floor on departure - that was quite difficult to find ( again no one on reception to ask ). All in all adequate for purposes. But at around 100 euros felt expensive .

Delivered as per expectations: walking distance from the TGV station, clean and well knitted out apartment, very friendly front desk staff, and excellent value for money (at least by French standards). Would recommend if you need to be close to the station and would like a dependable but affordable place to stay.

Not the best experience and we haven’t even see the Aparthotel !

We haven’t actually stayed here but decided to book this for a stay in July based on the fact that it is advertised as no prepayment. My card details were left simply incase we did not show . I noticed however that money had infact been taken out of my account for the whole nights stay-it shows as pending in my bank therefore I have no access to the funds , surely is this therefore not the same as actually paying for it !!!! Based on this I cancelled this and was expecting to receive the money back but the funds are still pending !!!! I’ve chased this and was told that they’ve now been released but still no sign of me having access to the money . Not happy and would not stay in the future

The hotel is a decent place to stay if you need to be near the Avignon TGV and the rental car offices. The welcome was friendly and the room clean. The common areas are showing some wear. It would be nice if air conditioning was available as the weather turns warm in May. Fortunately, the night was cool, though leaving the window open let in light and some traffic noise. Except for the TGV station there is little within walking distance (though we hiked to the rather lackluster shopping center which does, however, have a Carrefour grocery store.)
